The man is rude and ignorant the way I was talk to my car was there for 3 1/2 hours for an oil change they also took it for they must’ve took it out for lunch cause there was 5 miles on the dashboard extra a was there for 3 1/2 hours for an oil change they also took it for they must’ve took it out for lunch cause there was 5 miles on the dashboard extra all the lights are on the dashboard. They said it was my job to take them off. I will never go back to McGrath Honda on Oak Park Avenue in grand Avenue again. My salesman was very nice, but the service department sucks in plain English English. More

Have had good service from service department, not impressed with sales department….when I got a quote for a new lease they were extremely higher than my current dealer…seemed arrogant, so won’t.
