Have had good service from service department, not impressed with sales department….when I got a quote for a new lease they were extremely higher than my current dealer…seemed arrogant, so won’t. Horrible service department. Honda has sent me several documents stating the fuel pump recall needs to be completed. Twice this place has called me at 5pm the day before to cance Honda has sent me several documents stating the fuel pump recall needs to be completed. Twice this place has called me at 5pm the day before to cancel me saying they don’t have fuel pumps available. A lot goes into dropping off a vehicle, changes in schedule etc. Here’s the worst part, they asked me to call them and keep checking. I asked if they could call me when a pump becomes available, her reply was no we don’t do that. So I had no choice but to contact Honda. Complaint filed AND they put me in contact with a nearby dealership who did the right thing and ordered a pump for my vehicle along with setting up the service. Stay away from this place. Save your peace of mind. By far the worst service. Unprofessional. Let’s ask the customer to keep calling to check and when the time comes let’s cancel them the evening before. Twice! And no, they don’t call customers, no wait list or anything as Honda said they should be doing. This is beyond ridiculous. Spoke to Alfonso day before and nothing was said and now some other lady with an attitude calls and says “Alfonso isn’t here, I don’t know what to tell you.” Wow More
