No Stars – Extremely Disappointed with Service I had a very poor experience at McGrath City Honda regarding a simple side mirror repair. When I arrived at the service area, I was ignored for a while befor very poor experience at McGrath City Honda regarding a simple side mirror repair. When I arrived at the service area, I was ignored for a while before finally being acknowledged. Jonathan, the service advisor, gave me an instant quote without even taking a proper look at the mirror — he didn’t come within 5 feet of the car. His dismissive attitude and lack of professionalism were unacceptable. He seemed to think he could diagnose the issue without actually inspecting it, which is both careless and unprofessional. Based on this interaction, I wouldn’t trust him to handle something as basic as a paper clip, let alone my vehicle. Massively misquoted, poorly treated, and overall left with zero confidence in their service department. I won’t be returning and would caution others to be aware of this kind of treatment. More

The man is rude and ignorant the way I was talk to my car was there for 3 1/2 hours for an oil change they also took it for they must’ve took it out for lunch cause there was 5 miles on the dashboard extra a was there for 3 1/2 hours for an oil change they also took it for they must’ve took it out for lunch cause there was 5 miles on the dashboard extra all the lights are on the dashboard.
