Above and beyond I purchesd my new CR-V from a different McGrath. I got free oil changes and tire rotations for 1 year. When I contacted McGrath call center they promi I purchesd my new CR-V from a different McGrath. I got free oil changes and tire rotations for 1 year. When I contacted McGrath call center they promised that the oil change deal will be honored at McGrath City Honda location. This was incorrect. I already made an appointment and drove 1 hour from home. I learned that the offer only applies for the original dealership. The call center misinformed me, however, McGrath City Honda honored the offer and went above and beyond my needs. I'd like to thank Service Manager Nelson Diaz and Customer Service representative Nicole W. for taking a great care of me and my car. Thank you for the superb servirse I received and thank you for understanding the situation. I'll mark sure to be a returning customer. More
