I was not able to finish my survey. Andrew Berk , the service lane manager did a good job . Very courteous and helpful. I give him 5 rating. Techs. need more time to finish the job completely . DO NOT buy a car here!!!! Horrible first car buying experience for my 20 year old daughter. McGrath CIty Honda is one of the reasons why used car dealers get a bad name. My daughter did her research and found what she thought was a great deal on a car. Was listed on Car Guru for $14995. By the time she sat down to sign the contract there was an added $800 for a handling and delivery fee and another $1800 for a theft protection device that apparently is added to all of their used cars. Then why are you advertising the car for such a lower price???? She and her 80 year old Grandma were basically scammed and unfortunately being excited about buying this car she signed .Big mistake. I went back a week later and Andrey was able to take off the $800 handling fee but only after I threatened to report them to the Attorney Generals office for price gauging. This dealership is a total scam and I would NEVER recommend anyone to ever go here to buy a car. I did report them to the Attorney General's office mostly because they are taking advantage of innocent people and their practices are unethical. And if you do go here, expect to spend A LOT of time. Terrible customer service and their salesmen are not wearing masks. More

Customers ain't always right in this dealer. I definitely wont be recommending this dealer to anyone. However John Serritella. stepped in and quickly handled the problem very professionally. Thanks John for your help and understanding. not trying to tell you how to do your job but if I was manager I wouldn't have this person in the position she is in. She be a better correctional officer at cook county jail with that kind of attitude. More
