Had a very good experience purchasing my latest vehicle here. I was an out state buyer and they had a vehicle I was really looking for in a broad area (~200 mile radius), and they had the vehicle in best c here. Was worth the drive out there. No pushiness, treated respectfully and had pleasant interactions, negotiation was firm but fair, and in the end they considered my budget needs to close the deal. The titling and registration was taking longer than usual due to Covid delays, but they helped me resolve the issue and stayed engaged even a month after my purchase. Big shout out to Dave Kazarian for his excellent customer service and attention to detail when addressing customer needs. More

Performed work that was not agreed to as no mention was made of changing the cabin filter (a job i can do myself) and, after so many years using this dealership, they didn’t even wash the car.
