I am absolutely thrilled to provide an update on my recent experiences with Pat McGrath car dealerships. Having been a loyal customer who has purchased not one, not two, but three cars from their dealership, I felt compelled to share my recent journey, which, though initially challenging, turned into a truly exceptional experience. Once my concerns were brought to their attention, they went above and beyond to completely rectify the situation, demonstrating their commitment to customer satisfaction. Pat McGrath's team acted swiftly and decisively to address my concerns. The dealership's management, including the general manager, Mark Updegraff, and the used vehicle sales director, Mason Schultz, were both amazing and took my feedback very seriously. They immediately offered to fix things. This gesture demonstrated their commitment to making things right and ensuring my satisfaction. They recognized the importance of providing me with a vehicle that suits my needs as a disabled Army veteran. They have not only addressed the issues I encountered, but have also taken steps to ensure that such situations are less likely to occur in the future. While my recent experience initially left me disappointed, it's their swift and effective response that has ultimately and completely restored my faith in their dealership. Tyler was great to work with. I found my Tahoe online (when originally searching for a Wagoneer) & knew I had to have it. I submitted a request online then received an email/call I found my Tahoe online (when originally searching for a Wagoneer) & knew I had to have it. I submitted a request online then received an email/call from Tyler straightaway. I was getting ready to head out of town so I basically dropped everything to go get it because it was the last one they had, in a rare color (which I love), & all of the other 2023s here in CR are all still in transit with no ETA or already spoken for.. He made sure everything was ready to go for me when I got into Dubuque as I requested beings I drove about an hour & a half one way & was on a time crunch. I was nervous about the height of the Tahoe because of the trim level I bought so he literally went to service to grab a tape measure & measured the height so I would know for certain it would fit in my garage! He was nice to help transfer everything from my Pacifica to my Tahoe. He also made sure I was able to get logged into the MyChevy app before leaving the dealership. I even received a thank you text later in the day as well as the next morning making sure I didn’t have any additional questions & a follow up on my ClearGuard appointment. 4 stars because I had a small hiccup in the finance office however the sales manager, Darren addressed right away. Overall it was a painless experience & I am very happy with my new Tahoe. I would definitely recommend Tyler if you’re purchasing a vehicle. He was responsive, knowledgeable about the product, & respectful of my time & budget. More

I purchased a used vehicle from McGrath a couple months ago and decided it wasn’t what I wanted. I went into the University store and the guys helped me find exactly what I needed for a new vehicle and ord ago and decided it wasn’t what I wanted.
