Tried to have them replace a flat tire, but it was one disapointment after another. First, tire did not arrive on the day it was promised. In the meantime, had to drive on my run-flat. Second, they were unwilling to provide a loaner until the tire arrived. Third, it was hard to just get a hold of the service personel. They pretty much gave me the run-around, so decided to go to another dealership. More

Just serviced my car again due to a faulty sensor mat. Also mentioned the squeaky brakes and they ended up replacing both front pads and rotors. Very friendly environment.
