Poor customer service, finance was mis-leading and when an error was brought to their attention that cost me money they chose to do nothing about it. Purchased the CPO BMW from a distance and they brought an error was brought to their attention that cost me money they chose to do nothing about it. Purchased the CPO BMW from a distance and they brought the car up to the minimum standards to meet CPO. There are alot of dealers to choose from, I would avoid this one. More
Michel took my 2011 in for trade for a 2013, he gave me a good price for my 2011 and a great price for the 2013.He had to special order the 2013 because i wanted the manual transmission . He said it would ta good price for my 2011 and a great price for the 2013.He had to special order the 2013 because i wanted the manual transmission . He said it would take about 6 weeks. Only took 5 weeks . When I came in to pick up my 335IS they had it pollished and looking awesome. Eugene instructed me on the operation of all controls and paired my I phone.Michel and Eugene did a great job.The dealership is immaculate and they said I can come get it washed anytime.They hand wash the cars so there arent any swirling brushes. More

These guys are great. I had my leased car towed there after blowing out a tire on LSD the other day. The service staff typically leaves at 5 but Bill had the crew stick around till a bit later so I coul after blowing out a tire on LSD the other day. The service staff typically leaves at 5 but Bill had the crew stick around till a bit later so I could come by and give them a new set of tires to put on the car. Lot of effort they put in for less than $100 job and on a car that's not even leased from this dealership. Thanks again! More

Took me for a test drive to see exactly what the problem at hand was. Provided me a free loaner on the spot. By the next day the problem was corrected. My vehicle was cleaned inside and out when I picked it up. Most important the vehicle was fixed right the first time. A great service experience !! More
Started shopping on line over a month ago and sent quires to several BMW dealers. Some responded quickly and some only generic, one never even a thank you. I was very specific and shopped the exact same car around. I was surprised to find very few replies even answered my basic questions and only wanted me to come in. Michael at Elmhurst BMW was quick accurate and never played any games. I visited two BMW sales men(not so good at the other) and the guys at Elmhurst where pleasant, honest and gave me what I expected for my old car. I did order it, and when it came in the pick up and delivery was a fun time. When I got to work the next day a coworker noticed my new 3-series and said he bought a used car at Elmhurst BMW and had the same good experience that i did (small world). I love my new beamer and think i found a nice place to keep it serviced. Steve More
The salesman misrepresented the certified used car warranty. He assured me everything was covered but maintenance items. Now they want to charge me $1288 to replace a faulty radio.
