A flexible sense of give-and-take is the hallmark of a gifted sales person who has the ability to make a customer feel important in the process and a valued partner in the total selling and buying equation. When we considered buying our second BMW, there was never a question where we would go to find that automobile. Car dealerships and salespeople are generally perceived to be consumer adversaries. It is to Michal Banach's credit and Elmhurst BMW's sales philosophy that there is no sense of an adversarial relationship. We will definitely return to Elmhurst BMW and to Michal Banach for our next auto purchase. More
I have never seen a worse customer service. Poor handling of customer. Sub par website updates. I shopped around looking for the right price and best value for my money. I bought from Josh who knew all about the BMWs and helped me pick out the right car. Poor customer service, finance was mis-leading and when an error was brought to their attention that cost me money they chose to do nothing about it. Purchased the CPO BMW from a distance and they brought an error was brought to their attention that cost me money they chose to do nothing about it. Purchased the CPO BMW from a distance and they brought the car up to the minimum standards to meet CPO. There are alot of dealers to choose from, I would avoid this one. More
Michel took my 2011 in for trade for a 2013, he gave me a good price for my 2011 and a great price for the 2013.He had to special order the 2013 because i wanted the manual transmission . Only took 5 weeks . When I came in to pick up my 335IS they had it pollished and looking awesome. Eugene instructed me on the operation of all controls and paired my I phone.Michel and Eugene did a great job.The dealership is immaculate and they said I can come get it washed anytime.They hand wash the cars so there arent any swirling brushes. More

These guys are great. I had my leased car towed there after blowing out a tire on LSD the other day. The service staff typically leaves at 5 but Bill had the crew stick around till a bit later so I coul after blowing out a tire on LSD the other day. Lot of effort they put in for less than $100 job and on a car that's not even leased from this dealership. Thanks again! More
