I have had the pleasure in being part of purchasing 3 new cars and one certified. There is a reason why I keep returning. I have tried Perrillo for service once and walked out when quoted $3,600 for work to be done on my certified used BMW... I went to another service provider and the total was less than $300. Shame on you Perillo!!! This past week my best friend and I went to Perillo to purchase him an X5...we walked out due to the pretentious unprofessional staff. We also visited Westmont and the arrogance of the sales person we worse than Perillo. Shame on you Westmont! We went to Elmhurst BMW, he purchased his vehicle. Two days later I went back to the Elmhurst BMW and purchased myself a new 435i coupe. It was tough but VERY professional negotiation. JOB WELL DONE ELMHURST! Perrillo & Westmont lost the sales! Exceptional customer service I recently had an issue with my BMW (having nothing whatsoever to do with the dealership) that potentially could have been very poor, rather than that I recently had an issue with my BMW (having nothing whatsoever to do with the dealership) that potentially could have been very poor, rather than that happening Korey from Elmhurst BMW "saved the day" with his customer service. Nick in sales and Korey in service are both EXCEPTIONAL at customer service; not only did they resolve my problem to my full satisfaction but actually made the experience a net positive and gave me the sense that they truly cared about making sure we were happy and taken care of. I have purchased several BMWs from Elmhurst BMW. I live in downtown Chicago and it is worth the drive to work with the people at Elmhurst BMW. At the end of the day all dealers have the same vehicles, it is the people that make the difference; easy and very high recommendation! More

I'm using my cousin account to update this review as I can't log in and update. 11/06/2014 The car that we ordered has been SOLD to another buyer. Yet, they still refuse to refunds the $1000.00 deposit. I was courteous enough not to post any names because I believe it's not a right thing to do BEFORE. The reason from the sale man Mr. Eugene Royfe and the Sales manager Mr. Irv Shender is "We are not refunding your deposit because you posted a NEGATIVE reviews online". I personally offered to take the negative reviews down if they just refund MY MONEY (see previous unaltered reviews). The response to my review was not from the owner. I e-mailed directly to the e-mailed that listed in the reply and no response. This place give BMW a bad name. I will not rest until I get my deposit back. More

WORST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER! EVERYONE WHO IS THINKING ABOUT BUYING A CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP SHOULD READ THIS!!! I came in in the morning to trade in my bmw and buy a used audi, EVERYONE WHO IS THINKING ABOUT BUYING A CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP SHOULD READ THIS!!! I came in in the morning to trade in my bmw and buy a used audi, from Josh Douglas but unfortunately their finance manager couldn't get me a loan. So I told Josh I can probably get approved by another dealership for a loan and bring him a certified check in a few hours. He said that would be fine. So I went and got the loan from the other dealership and brought a certified check of the amount they were asking. I approach the used car manager Tim Baber and ask if Josh was around and he tells me Josh is with a costumer. So I tell Tim that i'm here to buy the audi and that I have a certified check with there asking price for it. He replies I cant sell the car to another dealership. So I explain why I have a certified check from another dealership and he says, he has another costumer who' s interested and he has a trade in, and he wont sell me the car unless I get a loan through a company that's not another dealership and I trade in my car. So basically Tim Baber wouldn't let me pay the asking price for the car because he wanted to rip off another costumer or me by giving them a low offer on there trade in and profiting off of that, but also profiting off of the audi they were going to sell. Tim Baber is a weasel. DONT BUY FROM THESE GOONS More
