Steer clear of their service center. I would give them negative stars if I could. I brought my 2008 335i in for them to replace the high pressure fuel pump because of the extended warrant I would give them negative stars if I could. I brought my 2008 335i in for them to replace the high pressure fuel pump because of the extended warranty due to defects with these fuel pumps. I own an auto mechanics shop and have been working on cars all my life so diagnosing a bad fuel pump is not rocket science to me. I had the car in for a day and the service tech Joel called me and said oh mm your fuel pump is fine it is a sensor and turbo intake bypass tubes. So knowing it is the fule pump I said if I tell you to put the sensor in and the problem is still there you will give me the sensor for free and replace the pump. After that he rudly replyed no that it's a 2 part problem including the turbo intake bypass tubes. No this approach probably works on your typical tippy type people that drive a BMW because they have money and have never touched a wrench but if you have any mechanical knowledge you would know that a tube off of a diverter valve and a fuel pressure related problem are in no way shape or form related you don't even need the turbo intake bypass tubes they are useless. So pretty much they are doing what any stealership is doing and charging to look at your car tell you your problem is something it's not just to rob you of your money. And not have the fix the part under warranty. I would steer clear of them if you could. Maybe they would be ok if you have a bumper to bumper warranty still. And they make your feel like you are not welcome back in the service center and are very snooty. If you want to pay money to fix xxxx that doesn't have to be fixed and avoid the real problem until it is a bigger more costly problem to fix this is your place. More

He explained the car thoroughly and even sent me additional pictures of the car that I asked for. I gave him a deposit and sent payment to him car was shipped asap and arrived a day earlier than expected. When the car arrived it was 100 times better than what I expected. Wow I was in shock what honesty and service buying a car that I didn't even look at. Great team especially Eugene. I will definetely contact them in the future. More
unprofessional sales person I tried to work with Eugene to lease a demo. He failed to explain that the car's warranty would expire 5 months before the lease ended. I only found this out after asking about the warranty start date on the car and doing the math for myself. During the negotiation, he made a statement that I did not agree with. I told him and I did not agree with him, so we'd have to "agree to disagree". It was at that point he started to argue his point, being both rude and condescending. When I told him I was not looking to debate with him, he continued to argue with me. At that point I felt it was best to leave without the new car. Hard to imagine a sales person more unprofessional. I had researched the cars I was interested in, and Josh took me right to those vehicles, he showed me all the options, and answered all my questions. No sales pressure, no attempt to up-sell me. When I decided to purchase, I contacted Josh by email, he quickly responded the vehicle was still in stock, put it on hold for me, and set-up an appointment for the next day. I couldn't be happier with the process. I will definitely shop at Elmhurst BMW again and recommend it to friends. More
worst bye ever bought a used 2013 x3 (certified and warranty as well )about three months ago , not sure what happened but my car is completely shut down at a parking bought a used 2013 x3 (certified and warranty as well )about three months ago , not sure what happened but my car is completely shut down at a parking lot, i call the towing company and after only one day a call me back just to tell me that they don't see anything wrong with it somehow...... not only I don't know what's wrong with it at this point but I'm also told that if I want them to look further out i have to pay because the warranty apparently does nothing for ,,,,, totally regret this he's by far worse bye ever More

I worked with Josh Douglas and he is professional, courteous, patient, very responsive and knowledgeable about BMW the car and company . These professional attributes helped to get a deal done. I emailed Josh on a Monday evening after business hours and first thing in the morning he followed up with an email and phone call. He listened to what I needed and wanted and followed up with my available options within an hour. He stayed late to accommodate me and by 6:30 that evening a deal was made. The purchase process was a breeze, everything was ready when I walked into finance and went quickly. After that I met with Devon Hunter who helped me with all the technology features on the car. Very easy instructions for things that seemed complicated. He even offered another session if I needed more help with anything which I will take him up on that. Overall if you are looking for a BMW and want great service where they listen and actually give you what you want, go to Elmhurst BMW and ask for Josh Douglas. You will not be disappointed. More

Elmhurst BMW dealership my appear small in size compared to these other dealers but their selection of bimmers can't be matched. At Elmhurst I worked with Eugene Roye, he is professional, courteous, well inform, very responsive and knowledge about BMW the car and company . These professional attributes helped to get a deal done on one of their BMW. We emailed for over a month on financing programs, available cars and pricing. Eugene was quick in reply to any questions I had. It was a pleasure to lease a car through him. The only other dealer that put this amount of time into getting me in the right BMW was Bill Jacobs BMW but Eugene got the sale because he worked harder. The purchase process was a breeze, Eugene and Bill Pfeffer had everything ready when I got there and went so smoothly I kept waiting for something to go wrong... But it didn't.
