This place shouldn't represent BMW I brought my truck in for one single reason/ fault which I was told is covered by the extended warranty, prior to bringing the car in my car was perfe I brought my truck in for one single reason/ fault which I was told is covered by the extended warranty, prior to bringing the car in my car was perfectly fine with no single issue other than the fuel pump that it's wires burnt and could have easily set the whole car on fire, but guess what how can we make you not pay anything let's break something else and face you with it and charge you over $800 and that's what happened. I did end up paying over $800 for their fault to go pick up my car with burning wires odor all over, where does this odor come from, I brought in my car with one clear single issue covered by warranty got it out with more issues than brought in. Shame!!! I am not letting this go away, I will report to the BBB and their headquarter in Germany. More

Fraudster..!!! They tried to cheat me with a pre-owned vehicle by promising that the vehicle had a clean title with zero accident and no damage. At first they share They tried to cheat me with a pre-owned vehicle by promising that the vehicle had a clean title with zero accident and no damage. At first they shared me a auto check sheet with clean title. Later while signing the deal, I found out that the document which they had shared me was a corrected one. These guys would go to any extreme to earn money. So guys, please think twice before dealing with them. I am sharing you my personal experience and I even have a valid proof for that. This franchisee is shame to BMW. They should not risk BMW's reputation for just 13k. Do not spend your hard earned money on any vehicle from this franchisee. More

We were able to come to terms prior to visit to seal the deal, they were accommodating and fast (bad weather was coming in) and I appreciated them making this process as painless as possible.
