Bad service and dishonest I purchased a 2015 Lexus RX350 from them 4 weeks ago and am unhappy with their service. We travelled over two hours to get to the dealership and afte I purchased a 2015 Lexus RX350 from them 4 weeks ago and am unhappy with their service. We travelled over two hours to get to the dealership and after pre arranging our arrival, I was passed back and forth between reps as one of the reps had a training session, the rep I was left with did not seem very friendly and obviously unhappy he had to deal with someone else's customer. We were told the car would be discounted $500 but when finance drew up the paperwork it was only $300, They also charged me $80 for Nitrogen in the tires without asking me first, but said they did that with all their cars. They told me I would be financing through Chase but the paperwork I received in the mail was through Bank of America. The within 3 hours of driving the car (2hr & 20mins to get back home from dealer) and less than 24 hours after purchase, I had several warning lights show up on the car. They told me to take it to a local dealer for repair and resolution, stating they wanted to help. When The Lexus dealer said it was a bad sensor, they then told me sorry, sensors are like light bulbs and can go at anytime and it was ok when I left the dealership. This repair cost me over $600. Very unhappy with the service both before and afterwards. More

I do not recommend this dealer .... I will not buy any car there anymore .... More
