I was checking pricing online for the new Telluride. This dealer has a crazy markup of 8k over sticker. I showed them written proof of pricing from another dealer. They still didn’t believe I could get the dealer has a crazy markup of 8k over sticker. I showed them written proof of pricing from another dealer. They still didn’t believe I could get the car at another dealer without the insane markup they have. They said I should go buy the car at the other dealer and to send them proof when I purchase. I also received text messages, I think he was a manager (cliff) who didn’t believe me as well. Well, a few days later, I did send a text to Cliff with a picture of the sale price that I paid from another dealer. **Even if I didn’t purchase a car from another dealer, I would purchase a car from a dealership that is so cocky and rude. ** More

First and foremost, I would like this say this post is late as this happened in October, but it’s still worth posting. Unfortunately I was asked to I drive in from Elgin before closing per one of your late as this happened in October, but it’s still worth posting. Unfortunately I was asked to I drive in from Elgin before closing per one of your salesmen's (Stefan) request to look at the car and to talk about pricing since he would not work with me over the phone. This is where the experience began to fall apart as I received a call from him when I was 10 mins away to let me know that the car was no longer there for me to view. Once I got there, the asking price your salesman gave me was $8500 over sticker price which could have been given to me over phone especially during a pandemic. So to sum things up, my experience with this staff member and dealer was horrible as he made me drive 45 minutes out of my way right before closing to see a car that wasn't there and to give me a price that he could have given me over the phone. He was not welcoming and was very pushy for me to make a deal for a car I couldn't see in person. He made me feel like I did not know much about a car I have done my research on. I contacted the general manager for sales and he too never responded to my message I’m a happy to say that I found the same car and trim for a way lower price than this dealership was trying to sell me the car for. More
