We were looking for a used car and walked out with a brand new one. We couldn't even tell that our salesman had only been with Kia for 6 weeks. Everyone that we dealt with was pleasant, friendly, helpfu brand new one. We couldn't even tell that our salesman had only been with Kia for 6 weeks. Everyone that we dealt with was pleasant, friendly, helpful and professional - from the sales rep to the sales manager to the porter, every single one! There was an overwhelming sense of team spirit and comradarie - very nice to see! My husband & I will recommend this dealership to anyone and everyone. Just outstanding! More

I had done my homework on which car I wanted, brand and make, and wanted to do the internet bidding thing. Most of the dealers responded without having read my exact specs, "we have just what you want, wh make, and wanted to do the internet bidding thing. Most of the dealers responded without having read my exact specs, "we have just what you want, when can you come in" and didn't respond as requested. From two or three I got the form response, "we'll be right back to you." I bought the car yesterday, after 4 days, and they still haven't responded. This dealer was straightforward, demonstrated that they had read what I had taken the time to research. The wait to finalize the paper work seemed a little long, but it was DJ who noticed that there was a grease stain on an inner door handle and got it fixed, and Andrea was a real pro from the beginning. Greg explained all the finance options well, but did not try to bully me into anything. Overall, a very good experience. More

I started my search online working with Andrea, she was super helpful and responded really quick to all my questions/e-mails. I made an appt. to test drive the new Sportage Ex. Dave helped us out and took us for a drive in the EX. I saw the SX in the showroom and fell in love, they pulled it out of the showroom and let me test drive it. I was very happy with everyone there, nice, honest and knowledgeable. As soon as they locate my car with everything I want on it I am definitely buying from there. We went to several dealerships in the surrounding area but nothing compared to the service we got from Palatine Kia. Our experience with Arlington Kia in Palatine was excellent. Our salesman, Dan, was informative, friendly, and no pressure style that fit our style for our new car purchase. Dan answered all our co excellent. Our salesman, Dan, was informative, friendly, and no pressure style that fit our style for our new car purchase. Dan answered all our concerns and allowed us to drive and understand the Kia Soul's attributes. He explained all the features/benefits (several times for our complete understanding). His manager, Mike, was helpful and supportive of Dan's efforts and also added in our comfort not only with the vechicle, but our confidence that Arlington Kia in Palatine was a dealership that we would not only come to again, but recommend to those we know. Finally, our finance person (Steve) was extremely knowledgeable about the financial and additional policies that we did elect making this the best experience in new car purchases we have ever experienced.
