Our experience with Arlington Kia in Palatine was excellent. Our salesman, Dan, was informative, friendly, and no pressure style that fit our style for our new car purchase. Dan answered all our co excellent. Our salesman, Dan, was informative, friendly, and no pressure style that fit our style for our new car purchase. Dan answered all our concerns and allowed us to drive and understand the Kia Soul's attributes. He explained all the features/benefits (several times for our complete understanding). His manager, Mike, was helpful and supportive of Dan's efforts and also added in our comfort not only with the vechicle, but our confidence that Arlington Kia in Palatine was a dealership that we would not only come to again, but recommend to those we know. Finally, our finance person (Steve) was extremely knowledgeable about the financial and additional policies that we did elect making this the best experience in new car purchases we have ever experienced. We contacted the dealership before we left because it was a long drive for us and they had the car we wanted to see ready and pulled up to the front door for us as we arrived. We dealt with a very nice man n a long drive for us and they had the car we wanted to see ready and pulled up to the front door for us as we arrived. We dealt with a very nice man named Dwight. He was more than helpful and he was very honest with us. I can say this because we were interested in a Hybrid car and he knew very little about them, internally, and told us so right off the bat. He worked with us on a price and we were happy. We would highly recommended Dwight and the rest of Arlington Kia in Palatine to anybody looking for a new or used car. More

Overall the experience was great, but, the only thing that I was really upset about was whenever I called I would be put on hold for 10 mins or longer, then when I asked the person answering the phones t that I was really upset about was whenever I called I would be put on hold for 10 mins or longer, then when I asked the person answering the phones to give Michael or George a message that we were on our way to sign new paperwork, she said she would. We were traveling from Woodridge which is about 40 mins away. But when we got there, Michael and George never got the message, and I called twice. We waited for over 2 and a half hours to resign paperwork for a new interest rate(which was a great help considering our situation). When Michael called my husband he stated that we received a new interest rate and all we had to do was sign new paperwork for it. We thought it was going to be quick, I still had to pick up my children and I also had our dog with us. Noone ever explained that the finance person was going to try and get us to sign up for other packages or sell us anything. We were not prepared for that. Some more communication will be great between the staff and you would have a stellar office. I really appreciate that they allowed my pug inside the building due to the heat and gave him water. GEORGE YOU WERE WONDERFUL TO WORK WITH!!! I cannot appreciate your patience and understanding enough in helping us with this great car. You are extremely knowledgeable about the KIA cars themselves, and not only that, but, as soon as I addressed the issues with the car we bought, they were brought to immediate attention and fixed. If we are still in this state when we go to purchase a new care and you are still at this dealership you will have our buisness. I know that I can be a tough person to deal with and you hung in there. Thank you!!! Your sense of humor was great and there was NO pressure from you, which made it even easier to make our decision. Thank you again!!!! PS. I hope your daughter is doing better and the scar is healing!!! More

I would happily return to this dealership to buy a new vehicle. The atmosphere is very friendly and relaxed; I never felt pressured to buy something I didn't want and was treated with utmost curtesy and r vehicle. I would highly recommend working with Dwight Albertson. He's very patient and very respectful of his customers. The quote I was given on my trade-in was fair. I really felt that my business and my old car (which was in mint condition) weren't taken for granted. All in all, this experience was quite a relief from the last couple of dealerships I visited before this one. It was probably also the easiest time I've ever had buying a new car. The location was about an hour away from my home but I'm very glad that I travelled the distance. I love my new car. Thank you so much. More

I went in looking for a car for my daughter and was very satisfied with what I got at this dealership. George was very helpful and took the time to explain everything for me.
