His manager, Mike, was helpful and supportive of Dan's efforts and also added in our comfort not only with the vechicle, but our confidence that Arlington Kia in Palatine was a dealership that we would not only come to again, but recommend to those we know. I really felt that my business and my old car (which was in mint condition) weren't taken for granted.
