I started my search online working with Andrea, she was super helpful and responded really quick to all my questions/e-mails. I made an appt. to test drive the new Sportage Ex. Dave helped us out and took us for a drive in the EX. I saw the SX in the showroom and fell in love, they pulled it out of the showroom and let me test drive it. I was very happy with everyone there, nice, honest and knowledgeable. As soon as they locate my car with everything I want on it I am definitely buying from there. We went to several dealerships in the surrounding area but nothing compared to the service we got from Palatine Kia. His manager, Mike, was helpful and supportive of Dan's efforts and also added in our comfort not only with the vechicle, but our confidence that Arlington Kia in Palatine was a dealership that we would not only come to again, but recommend to those we know. He was more than helpful and he was very honest with us. I can say this because we were interested in a Hybrid car and he knew very little about them, internally, and told us so right off the bat.
