I had went to several dealerships before coming to Arlington of Kia. I was glad that somebody actually came out and asked if I needed help. I was very please with the manor in which Naimish explain the works of the Kia optima.HE was polite,extremely helpful and because of this it made my choice easier. Stopped into Arlington Kia to look at a Kia Soul. They had the trim level I was interested in (Exclaim) on the lot, and I was out driving it with my sales guy George Matusyan within about 5 minutes of wal had the trim level I was interested in (Exclaim) on the lot, and I was out driving it with my sales guy George Matusyan within about 5 minutes of walking into the store. Had a nice test drive, really liked the car, and George was super to deal with. Long story short, bought the car a short while later at a really nice deal, and just took delivery tonight. George was very professional and patient throughout the process, and I would not hesitate to recommend him and the dealership to anyone who is interested in a new Kia. Thanks! More

We had exceptional customer service. I told our salesman Dave Ericsson what we wanted and he found it fast. The price was what we wanted to pay and lots of perks to go along with it. We have two other Kia d Dave Ericsson what we wanted and he found it fast. The price was what we wanted to pay and lots of perks to go along with it. We have two other Kia dealerships within 20 minutes of our house, but we drove over two hours to go to the Palatine dealership because they were willing to work within our means. I was led to believe that the etching on all parts would save me money on my insurance but I paid 899 for this amenity and State farm said that it didn't make a difference. I am very unhappy that this was save me money on my insurance but I paid 899 for this amenity and State farm said that it didn't make a difference. I am very unhappy that this was misrepresented by finance person. I think that it's time for car dealerships to be forthright and honest. The salesmen were great but the process in picking up the car and being sold a very expensive worthless bag of goods will not ever take me back there or refer them to anyone. More
