We had exceptional customer service. I told our salesman Dave Ericsson what we wanted and he found it fast. The price was what we wanted to pay and lots of perks to go along with it. However, I was amazed at the service provided by Andrea Baldacci (Internet Manager). I am an internet car shopper and have bought my last 3 cars pretty much via shopping online. Andrea was truly amazing with her customer service. She was extremely polite, very friendly and an excellent communicator. I reached out to her via e-mail back & forth probably 25 times (may be lot more) or so. She was extremely patient and responded to all my queries in a timely manner. She even responded when she was off the clock at night and even on a Sunday. Talk about dedication to one's job and helping out a potential customer. She was never pushy and presented all the details. There was clear transparency in all the numbers. She tried her best to work out a deal and went out of her way to take care of my needs. She is definitely a great representative of this dealership. They should be proud to have someone like this on their team, especially with so many deals being done via the internet these days. My only disappoinment is that I wasn't able to make the deal strictly due to another dealer coming out of no where with a truly special offer. Thank you very much Andrea.
