Arlington Kia let my mother test drive a variety of models and answered every question we had. She eventually settled on the Kia Soul because it was just so fun to drive. I absolutely loved my salesman Mr. Gandhi. Though clearly eager to close the deal, he showed professionalism throughout the entire process. He was thorough and quick in completing paperwork, and ver clearly eager to close the deal, he showed professionalism throughout the entire process. He was thorough and quick in completing paperwork, and very accommodating when helping my wife and me search for the vehicle that was right for us. If there is one thing that dissuades me from shopping at Arlington Kia again, it is what happened in the finance office after I agreed to the sale. After conducting business with a professional sales person to determine a reasonable price for a car, the last thing I need is to sit and haggle over a series of dealer add-on costs that add another 15-20% to the price of the car and render services that I don't need. Especially troubling was Mr. Sturn's insistence that the Pivotal Security option was as much a part of the vehicle as pin stripes on a paint job. If this is the case, then the previously agreed-upon price should be paid, not an additional $400.00. This was a ridiculous argument which served no purpose but to talk me into a complete rip-off. Fortunately, I was able to have this charge removed from my final price. Bottom line: IF YOU STOP TRYING TO SCREW PEOPLE OUT OF MONEY THEY DON'T NEED TO SPEND, THEN USED CAR DEALERSHIPS WON'T HAVE SUCH A POOR REPUTATION FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. High marks for Mr. Gandhi. I rate him an A+++. The finance office gets a D-. More

I initially contacted the dealer on line. All of my questions were answered very promtly. I then visited the showroom a few times before making my purchase.
