We puchased a 2013 OptimaSX and had a delightful experience with the dealership and especially our salesman Nick Petrasz. Nick patiently explained all of the cars features, accompanied us on an ext experience with the dealership and especially our salesman Nick Petrasz. This was the best experience 'car shopping' I have ever had. David was incredibly helpful- not the least bit pushy like other salesmen I have dealt with in the past. He was kind and honest. We drove 1 hour to this dealership, after a horrible experience with our local Kia dealership, and after seeing their inventory online. We were greeted right away by Dave, very courteous and profession experience with our local Kia dealership, and after seeing their inventory online. We were greeted right away by Dave, very courteous and professional, yet very personable. We really felt at ease with Dave. He was very knowledgeable and definately wasn't pushy like most salesman are. When it came to financing, since we were quite challenged, we dealt directly with Greg Sturm.....the friendliest guy ever and we really feel he wen't out of his way to make the deal happen. We are now proud owners of a 2012 Optima SX, fully loaded for a great price! We will definately recommend this dealership and Dave Erickson and when we are ready to buy again, I hope this team is still there. More

We could no have asked for a better Dealer ship to work with . I emailed Ben a request to see if one of the car i had seen was still available , He returned my call almost immediately saying that the car with . I came in to buy a new car and the experience was great. Personnel are very friendly, informative and highly professional. We came to them just for browsing of used cars, but we went from them with a new KIA Sorento. Although there were glitches at first, things got worked out to our satisfaction in the end. The general manager, Steve Feld, was very fair and worked with us to iron things out and satisfy us. The person who did the financing, on the other hand, Mike Lemm, was very unthorough (we had to go back to sign papers he failed to give us the first time) and uncooperative in working out our deal. The salesman, Naimish, was also very nice and friendly, even though a bit inexperienced. But I would recommend this dealership based on our dealings with Steve Feld. More

Was treated fairly and got the exact car I wanted. Music in showroom was too loud sometimes. Was promised first oil change would be free but did not receive anything.
