I'm sorry for not writing sooner (bought car on March 1st, 2013)but, better late than never. I was hard core, looking for a Chevy Monte Carlo SS for 2 months before I ran across one at Arlington Kia in P 1st, 2013)but, better late than never. I was hard core, looking for a Chevy Monte Carlo SS for 2 months before I ran across one at Arlington Kia in Palatine. I know the car was at a great price online but after talking to Dave C. and his manager they were able to meet the price I needed the car to be to buy it. My family was in a hurry due to we were on our way to wisconsin dells and just stop by to look at it and we ended up buying it that morning, came back a couple days later to pick it up. Your team made my family and I comfortable and welcoming. I am very pleased with your dealership and will look at your inventory first the next time I'm in the market for another vehicle. I live on the southside of chicago suburbs and the drive is about an hour away but it was worth it. I am very pleased with the car and have no complaints, now if I can keep the birds from bombing it, LOL. Thanks Dave C. I wish you many sales, my family and I thank you a lot. More

I had a nail in my tire and went to the Kia dealer and they were going to charge me $35 to plug my tire. I ended up going to the Volkswagon dealer where we bought my wife's car and they plugged it at no c they were going to charge me $35 to plug my tire. I ended up going to the Volkswagon dealer where we bought my wife's car and they plugged it at no charge. Than I had to go back to the Kia dealer for them to take the air out of the tire and replace with the nitrogen that are in my tires. This was a waste of my time and I feel that the dealer could have plugged the tire as a common courtesy to one of there customers. I am satisfied overall with my experience other than the service I received in regard to the tire problem. More

This is the 4th vehicle I have purchased in my life, and by far the most enjoyable experience. The staff was friendly, welcoming and zero pressure. Our finance manager was Nathan, extremely funny guy (My wife had left me there stranded, as we had family in town, when she left with our only car he told me the price of the car I was buying just doubled, since I was stuck there. lol!), professional, and ended up getting us a better deal than our own bank would give us! Best car experience I have ever had, by far. I WILL purchase my next vehicle from the Bob Rohrman family of dealerships if they are all like this. More

Vehicle burns over two qt of oil a week, 4 wheel drive stopped working the first time I used it,after purchase the check engine light came on after a week.
