Daniel garcia the sales person then wasted my time for about half an hour only managing to bring me one pair of keys to look at a soul when they had 8 used on the lot all parked in a line. I walked in spoke to someone more senior than him telling him to get me a different sales person spoke because whoever I have wouldn't give me the time of day. The second gentleman tyler o'riley pulled out the almost perfect soul except for some minimal body damage and the tire pressure gauge wouldn't turn off even though he put air in before the test drive. I was very explicit with him though explaining that it was just above my price range and that I was doing a cash deal and would not consider financing. After the test drive I waited at least 15 minutes for the business manager (who I just looked on their website and is in fact the finance manager) to come over and tell me they were firm on the pricing. I had never experienced this before a dealership unwilling to make a deal so I told them to lose my contact information walked out and used the pricing on the misleading ad to leverage the deal at the next dealer. Worst service department ever! Last winter I had a flat while going to the city, got it towed to this location. Was told by someone in the service department that the car had a coup Last winter I had a flat while going to the city, got it towed to this location. Was told by someone in the service department that the car had a couple of recalls. They fix the recall and change our one tire for $165. After 2 weeks with frequent calls to find out when I can get my car back. I got it back, drove it out of the lot and the car would not go anywhere. This is a 2015 car with very low miles. It turns out while fixing the recall, the transmission got broken. So they put in a new transmission and it drove fine until couple of days ago. The transmission fluid splatter everywhere under the hood. This time I took it back to my dealership Gary Lang and they said the valves was not tighten that is why transmission fluid went all over the place. Drop the car off at Gary Lang yesterday, they call me today to let me know they will have it repaired by the end of the day tomorrow. 2 days service instead of 2 weeks. Never ever will I recommend Kia Palatine. More

New 2016...Black Kia Soul + Purchased I intended to just to go see the new Kia Souls two weeks ago and also to see if I could trade in my tired old Explorer. I was very pleased with how I intended to just to go see the new Kia Souls two weeks ago and also to see if I could trade in my tired old Explorer. I was very pleased with how polite & helpful the salesman (Manny Beltran) was. Once we had gotten through the qualification process and test driving the new 2016 Kia Soul, I was sure I wanted to leave my car and drive home in the new wheels...Time was ticking & I was sure it would require a second visit, but after a few hours, (at 11:20 PM), I drove away in my new ride, It literally has everything I wanted & none of the accessories I didn't want. These cars have MUCH going for them...GREAT WARRANTY's, tons of extras and well built products that continue to get high marks from JD Powers, etc. I will look forward to good service from these guys at Advantage Kia of Palatine & since Kia uses synthetic oil in their engines, my first service isn't required until 7,500 miles. Great Dealership As far as a car buying experience goes, this was relatively painless thanks to the guys over at Advantage Kia Palatine--specifically Dave and Jason. We were on the market for a new car and wanted a 2016 Kia Soul. Dave did a wonderful job of explaining all of the features of the car to us, was easy to work with, and was very personable (Dave can talk for days). The guys at the dealership didn't leave you feeling dirty like some car salesmen do and that was a huge factor in us coming back to the dealership after our first visit. In the end Dave and Jason were willing to work with us to make sure we were happy with the deal we got. We are happy with our experience at this dealership and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a Kia More

If you do, you won’t need to waste your time going anywhere else, because believe me, they will take Excellent care of you. I purchased my last 5 cars from a different dealership, but the salesman I always worked with no longer works there. I went to Advantage because they are close to home, and I was interested in buying a Kia Soul. I can go on and on about how great the ENTIRE experience was, but I will cut to the chase and just say that everyone there are best, and they are not one of those places that yanks you around and wastes your time with b.s. and car dealer lies. Obviously they are there to make money, but they truly do want you to leave with the vehicle that is right for you. My sales guys were Bekim and Bujar Terzija. I will be the first one to admit that I am not the easiest person for a salesman to deal with, but these guys pulled no punches, and made the whole process great. They are really good guys, and are a lot of fun to deal with. Moe and Kevin are on the management team, and were essential to making sure my deal went smoothly and worked for me. The last person I deal with was Zac Massih from finance. What a great guy! He made sure I did not leave his office without fulling understanding EVERY part of my contract and warranties. So again people, go to Advantage first, you will not be sorry. More
