Run from them do not trust RUNN.. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE.... ... Let me tell you, this is the shadiest dealership ever. They misled us into doing 1) paperwork 2) running our RUNN.. They misled us into doing 1) paperwork 2) running our credit 3) securing financing 4) and securing the wire transfer ONLY to let us know after 3 days of work and their slow turn around time should i mention other wise it would have been done sooner... That the vehicle was sold out from under us even though we did paperwork and had wiring set up. They didnt have the honor to call us and fix the problem or even mitigate the issue with their own processes that they should have in place to protect a clients interest in the purchase. We now have no vehicle and have done paperwork on a car we cant even own.. thanks for making us run our credit and doing all the financing. Not to mention we called on a advertised price and they tried to raise the price another 2000K for a window etch and some other stuff that has no value. BE LEARY do not give them your credit More

Horrible Experience I would stay far away from this dealership. I called to verify a car was in stock, and verified the price as well that was shown online. Someone by the name of Eric confirmed that it was there and to come on in to buy it. I freed up my afternoon, brought my trade in. Upon looking at the car, I was told that it is $6030 more than advertised on their website. At first they told me the car I called about was sold. I pointed out the stock number on their website and on the car to be the same. This manager couldn't dig his way out of his hole. It was actually very comical to hear him come up with excuse after excuse when I would point out bis blatant lies. I tried explaining to the dealership how they lost the sale, but they didn't care. I had to ask all the questions and was provided unsure answers in regards to the car for the most part. Other than that he opened the door to the car...and I looked around it. Nothing was explained about the car unless I specifically asked. I can get past that I guess, but your salesman should be better at actually selling and certainly have the knowledge of the actual car. I visited the website to look at inventory, models, colors, trim packages and most importantly, the MSRP of these cars to plan my budget accordingly. Be prepared because once you get there you will later find out that every new car they have in stock gets a "pro" package put on it that consists of things like 1 year minor dent and scratch protection, 1 year of oil changes, etc.etc. This "package" costs $2500 and ISN'T an option. It is not mentioned on their website either and we were told while there by the sales manager, "yes it is". There is a blurb on their website that says "Vehicle information is based off standard equipment and may vary from vehicle to vehicle". That's it, nothing that details this package that is on all of their cars. The only way to get around this is to get on a waiting list and order a vehicle from them that isn't in stock yet. In addition to that, the exact car we were looking at online had a price addendum added to it (that again wasn't listed on their website) to the tune of $5000 that was dealer add-ons of worthless stuff. I'm all for a salesman trying to up-sell me on unnecessary things as part of his job to which I can simply pass on, but this is flat out old school shady car dealership tactics of BAIT AND SWITCH. I thought we were past this? Not here, take your business elsewhere. More

We filed a formal complaint with Kia corporate for "bad business dealings" after our terrible experience here. they treated us like we were dumb and took advantage of us at every turn trying to force bogus extra costs on top of the car price. Dealerships like this give meaning to the term "scummy". If at all possible i would suggest avoiding this dealership at all costs. We will NEVER be back even for a car wash and have and will continue tell everyone i know who's looking for a car to stay away from this dealership. PROCEED AT YOUR OWN RISK...you've been warned. They tried to sneak in an extra $1000 to our final purchase price (fortunately we caught it). They add $4k of their services and whatnot to the price you see online. They walk back on any agreements, don’t service cars in the time they set up or agree to - we had to have a few things fixed on a used car we purchased and went to pick it up a few days later at the agreed upon time to find they did NOTHING to fix the car. Only to then speak to rude salespeople and staff. Horrible service. Please take your business and money elsewhere. More
