This dealership did not honor their online price We were shocked to find out that the used car internet price is not the actual price. Turns out, you also have to pay the "conditioning" fee, which is the amount they claim they spent refurbishing the car, then you have to pay a $1,995 service warranty to the dealership for overpriced oil changes, then you have to pay a $895 document fee, plus the taxes. WOW! What a scam and waste of time. It placed the actual sales price way over our planned budget (list price $13,500+taxes vs. actual price $19,900) so we left empty-handed. And don't bother trying to discuss an out-the-door price, that is a concept they can't comprehend there. More

Horrible experience, clear case of bait and switch, will not honor internet price. Talked to a lawyer said that they committed fraud, but it wasn't worth my time to pursue the damages because I would break not honor internet price. Talked to a lawyer said that they committed fraud, but it wasn't worth my time to pursue the damages because I would break even after legal fees. They will take advantage of you, and blatantly lie to your face. When you question the legitimacy of the situation, they will become very hostile. Avoid at all costs. More
My wife and I drove an hour to this place, title in hand and ready to buy a Kia Telluride. We had confirmed by calling that the vehicle was there, and there it was in the showroom when we walked in. Long and ready to buy a Kia Telluride. We had confirmed by calling that the vehicle was there, and there it was in the showroom when we walked in. Long story short, the sales guy tells us that we need to buy TWO additional warranties with the car. Mind you Kia provides 5yr 60k general and 10 yr/100k powertrain. These warranties were an extra EIGHT THOUSAND DOLLARS. We were like, we’re good we don’t want them and he says the vehicle “comes equipped” with them. xxx does that even mean? It’s not fog lights or a spoiler. Anyway, the vehicle that had $47k on the MSRP sticker in the window got inflated by twenty percent by these frauds. After we walked out, my wife called back to specifically confirm the price of the vehicle, pretending she didn’t know. They quoted $47k, basically continuing to deceive people into coming in to the dealership and then given the hard sell. Stay the heck away from this place. More
