We had an agreed upon price for a used Kia on line, through TruCar, as well as an offer for my trade in. After test driving the car, salesman stuck a mandatory warranty sticker on the car. When we sat through TruCar, as well as an offer for my trade in. After test driving the car, salesman stuck a mandatory warranty sticker on the car. When we sat down to to a deal, they added on over $5000 in unadvertised fees. They could not show me in my offer or the add where these extra fees could be added in. And they reduced the appraisal on my trade in by almost $1200. I ran, not walked out of there as fast as possible, and will never go back. More

I was not satisfied. They made this a very difficult process from start to finish. If it was not such a great car, I would've walked away after my initial contact with them. Called ahead of time because I had seen negative reviews over extra fees. I talked to two different people and they said we were not required to purchase warranty.
