Just purchased my third Acura in the past 4 years from McGrath Acura in Westmont! First one a 2010 TL, second a 2013 MDX, and just last week a 2014 MDX. I have worked with Bauti in sales and Keith and Nick in finance and am absolutely satisfied with the service I've received all 3 times! Not to mention all my visits to the service department for oil changes, etc. They take so much time to work with you and fit you for the best vehicle for your needs, and are so courteous and professional! I am always recommending this dealership to all my friends and family! First, you are welcomed immediately when you walk in through the door with a smile and handshake. I've never had to walk around waiting for someone to notice me. Second, you can tell them what you are looking for and they guide you in the right direction. If you're not sure, they have plenty of knowledge and experience to help you narrow down your choice. Plus they have a huge selection of new and certified used cars, though I've always gotten a new car. Third, they are extremely patient and not at all pushy in helping you come to your final decision! Fourth, they work with your budget! I have never been disappointed in the cars I've left with! And lastly, after your purchase, they consistently call to follow up and make sure everything is going well! The week after, 6 months after, and even a year after! I recommend Bauti 100%, and when the deal is coming down to the final steps, Nick and Keith in finance are amazing in finishing it! I honestly can't say enough about this dealership, and I think that being a repeat customer, (again THIRD car), says it all! The entire staff worked very well as a team and made us feel welcomed and valued. They had our best interest at heart every step of this purchase. They were also very honest with us, even if it wasn't what we wanted to hear. I respect them for that. Too often in the past, dealerships have told me whatever I wanted to hear just to get the sale. That was not the case here. Thank you! John Unger did a great job getting us started with a test drive, familiarizing us with the vehicle and their dealership. Beth Markgraf cared for our car buying needs throughout the rest of our purchase. She worked closely with the Sales Manager Fred Lobo and together, they made sure we had everything we wanted at a price that made us comfortable. Once the vehicle arrived, Beth managed our closing exceptionally well. She coordinated the time with Henry Rose. While Henry was teaching us the technology in our new vehicle, Beth was coordinating the paperwork and setting up our time with Dean Wareh. Dean walked through the closing papers and extended warranty options in a clear concise manner. Best closing experience I have ever had! While we were meeting with Dean, Beth was coordinating with the service department to have a last minute option installed and the license plates transferred. When we were finished with Dean, Beth was ready to take us to our new vehicle and everything was finished. This was without a doubt, the most pleasurable car buying experience I have ever had. It's also the first time I have ever purchased a vehicle without feeling a sense of "Buyer's Remorse." I feel like part of the McGrath Acura family, thanks to their amazing team.
