An experience in Excellence! I was looking to purchase a clean low mileage used vehicle. McGrath had a 2004 Infiniti G35 with only 66,500 miles. I asked for a test drive and was introduced to Terry Scudieri. During the drive Terry told me that he owned a G37X. His only other comment, I don't think you would be disappointed with this car. I agreed. When we returned to the dealership, Terry introduced me to Dean Wareh, the dealership's finance manager. I told him we were financing the vehicle through the U of I Credit Union. Dean said great, we shook hands and the deal was done. No gimmicks, no tricks, no pressure.....just pure professionalism. Excellent! Good, but... I saw an Acura MDX online at a price I liked, and, after live chatting with someone that morning, said the vehicle was in stock. Naturally when I got I saw an Acura MDX online at a price I liked, and, after live chatting with someone that morning, said the vehicle was in stock. Naturally when I got there, the vehicle wasn't there or they couldn't find it. Also said that price seemed low and it must have had "hail damage". But with many in stock I found another one which I wanted. Started out at about $34,500, came down to $33,900 and made a deal at $33,700, which I was led to believe, "they were hardly making anything" on the sale. I went home to check the price on their website, and it was listed at $33,467 (they would really make no money at that price). I would have started with that price and came down from there. When I went back to pick it up the next day I mentioned this to my salesman and he said he would talk to the manager tomorrow. They wound up throwing in four oil changes as compensation, so I guess that's good. Probably blame myself for not looking into the price of the exact one I was buying a bit more - if I had known the website price before I started, I could have had a bit more leverage. My bad. Other than that, real satisfied with the dealer. Nice people. When we picked it up, their "closer" spent about an hour with us to go over how things worked in the car - impressive. I would recommend McGrath, but as with any dealer, be prepared and knowledgeable before you go in to visit. More

Within two and half hours time I had found a beautiful used vehicle that meet my needs, got financing straightened out and was trained on all features .. then out the door. Even though I have purchased several Acuras in the past from different dealers (I really enjoy the quality and resale value of the brand), this deal had some complexities that Paul and his team were able to overcome. An amazing day happened to me last Friday at McGrath Acura in Westmont, where I traveled an hour plus to see the car of my dreams, and that was the Lexus GS 350 that I found online. I was looking for a car for the longest and was really stressed out. As soon as I walked in a Gentleman by the name of Terry Scudieri the sales man greeted me and asked me what can he help me with. He did more then help and was really a down to earth person who understood what car I wanted and he immediately took me out to see it and for a spin. After getting down to figures, I met another amazing and incredible person, the pre-owned sales manager Tony Turco, who worked very hard to get me the loan I needed to purchase the Lexus I wanted. I really thank him soo much he deserves the best. After almost finalizing everything Dean Wareh the finance manager put the finishing touches to the deal, who I might add was really great and friendly as well. If you need a car please please go and speak to first Terry Scudieri, and Second the pre- owned sales manager Tony Turco, a beautiful team to find the car you want.
