Yesterday,after wasting 2 days in different car dealerships (Nissan Toyota Subaru Mitsubishi) I finally found the RIGHT one-McGrath Acura in Morton Grove.I was looking for a new compact car to buy. dealerships (Nissan Toyota Subaru Mitsubishi) I finally found the RIGHT one-McGrath Acura in Morton Grove.I was looking for a new compact car to buy.All dealerships I visited before refused to sell me a car I was looking for (due to my short credit history).Steven (the dealer who helped me yesterday at Acura ) and Eugene (I believe he is a manager)were very nice to me and worked with me for a little time ,but finally I've got proved and (thnx Steven)I was able to lease a beautiful ILX-2013.I like my BRAND NEW Acura,it's a very very nice car (especially after I compared it to the cars I was checking before-corolla,versa,impreze etc.)! I have a good update for my original issue. After purchasing a a great used Audi A6 that I had researched thoroughly on the internet, I flew to Chicago to finalize the purchase of the car. There was purchasing a a great used Audi A6 that I had researched thoroughly on the internet, I flew to Chicago to finalize the purchase of the car. There was what appeared to be a minor issue during our test drive that I pointed out and thought was really a non-issue (I thought it was probably a relatively inexpensive sensor that I wasn't going to drive back to Chicago to fix once I was hours down the road). It turned out to be an expensive repair, but I only learned of its extent when I took it to a dealer near my home (about 1000 miles away). I reached out to my sales rep Ryan and then was provided Greg's contact information. After a few phone conversations, I was told to send a copy of the bill for the repair. Shortly thereafter, I received a call from Greg indicating that the repair would be paid in full. While I would like to think this is the way most dealers treat their customers, I was very pleasantly surprised that this is how things turned out. Simply put, it would have been easy to ignore me due to the distance between us, but they made it right. That is why it was important to post an update to my original issue. More
