Stay Away!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They are the worst. I contacted them for a used car I saw online. The website said it is not a certified used car, but the manager named Elson told me They are the worst. I contacted them for a used car I saw online. The website said it is not a certified used car, but the manager named Elson told me it is a certified one and ask for $2000 more. Seeing it still a good deal, I agreed. I told him I live 300 miles from the dealer so I will fly over in the weekend to test drive and buy it with financing from my credit union. He pressured me to apply for financing with them so he can hold the car for me. I applied and got approved. Thinking everything is okay, I booked my airplane ticket. The next day, out of curious, I asked them for the document show the car is certified, they couldn't find anything to show me. Then Elson called me and told me they found a leaked in the engine so he couldn't sell the car to me anymore, huh??? Such a liar! How can a car be certified in the first place if it has a leaked engine? Provided no apology, he then offer me a bunch of different cars which are $4-5000 more expensive. Do you see how they play trick with me? They pull my credit and make me bought an airplane ticket for nothing. But the worst part is the next morning When i called them to only ask them to remove the inquiry on my credit (i did not bother ask about reimbursement for my ticket) they transfer me around and finally a manager named Josh blatantly denied all wrongdoing and told me it is my fault to not put down a deposit and I can still buy other cars from them. That's how they will treat you. They will lure you in, lie to you, sell you a broken car and then treat you like dirt after taking your money. Run away, don't bother looking unless you want to be treated like dirt. More
This Place SUCKS!!!!! They are absolutely terrible. I bought a 2008 Honda civic on Thursday, Aug 13th. During the negotiation, they agreed on a price of 9,300 dollars and I They are absolutely terrible. I bought a 2008 Honda civic on Thursday, Aug 13th. During the negotiation, they agreed on a price of 9,300 dollars and I paid 1,000 down payment and the next day when I went to pick the car up, the salesman disagreed on the price and he said that he made a mistake and told us a price 700 dollars more than the day before, which is not what we had negotiated and made a deal on. He backed out of the deal we had made. This should not be a policy of Mcgrath Acura; the salesman made the mistake and told us one price, and we are being punished for it. Mcgrath Acura is cheating its customers and I am going to spread the word around and make sure to never visit their dealership again. They are going to keep losing buyers if their salespeople continue to make these mistakes. Backing out of a deal is dishonest and shows that Mcgrath Acura does not have any regards for integrity. More

My experience with McGrath Acura of Morton Grove I bought 2015 Acura MDX on December 13th 2014 from this dealer. I spent 4 hours at the dealership and finished all the paper work. They gave me the te I bought 2015 Acura MDX on December 13th 2014 from this dealer. I spent 4 hours at the dealership and finished all the paper work. They gave me the temporary registration for the new vehicle which is valid till 1/12/2015 and said I will get the title documents and registration plates with in 2 -3 weeks. I was so happy with their service and left the dealership with my new vehicle. On January 9th 2015, dealer called me and said there was a mistake with the paper work and they have to do it all over again (re-apply the loan and all) and asked me to sign the documents which they are going to mail me soon. I asked about registration plates since my temporary registration is expiring on 1/12/2015 and the dealer replied plates are ready once they received the documents they will mail it right away. On January 12th 2015, I received the papers, signed it and mailed back to the dealer on the same day hoping to get the registration plates soon. On January 13th 2015, dealer received the documents On January 14th 2015, I called dealer 3 times to check the status of the title documents and left voice message but no response (temporary registration got expired on 1/12/2015 and was not able to drive the car) On January 16th 2015 I called 10 times (counted my call log) and left several messages to check the status of the title documents and plates and no response. (temporary registration got expired on 1/12/2015 and was not able to drive the car) On January 19th 2015, After calling so many times finally the dealer responded and said it will take 4 – 6 weeks to get the registration plates and nothing they can do with the expired temporary registration and I have to wait till I get the plates ( (temporary registration got expired on 1/12/2015, so I can’t drive the car until I get the registration plates) Exactly after two months of the purchase date (December 13th 2014), and one month after the expiration of temporary registration (Jan 12th 2015) finally I received the papers and registration plates on Feb 11th 2015. So, literally I was not able to drive my new car for one month and wasted so much time dealing with all this. By the way on the title papers the purchase date is mentioned as 1/2/2015 but the actual purchase date is 12/13/2014. Lessons I learnt: 1. They don't know how to do the paper work 2. They lie 3. Worst buying experience in my life 4. Unfortunately couple of people (sales person who sold me the car and the general manager)who was trying to help me out left the company and others doesn't take the responsibility and addressed the issue. 5. Two of my friends bought their MDX after mine from other dealers had no issues with their purchase and was able to drive their vehicles since day 1. So, before buying any car research about the dealer too not just the car. More

This dealer is place to go when shopping for a new Acura. I purchased my new MDX a month ago and love it more everyday!!!!!! Love the way it drives in the city or on the highway.
