I’ve had the pleasure of coming to this McGrath location for the past 6 year The team at McGrath Acura of Morton Grove is truly an exceptional group! I’ve had the pleasure of coming to this McGrath location for the past 6 years to have Bob Sisk and his Service team help keep my 2004 RL in top condition. I loved my first Acura purchase and even though over the years my car got beat up by the wear and tear of the city streets and the Chicago winter salt, Bob and his team always made me feel like I was their most important customer…and like my car was a brand new NSX ;). This Service department is extremely professional and knowledgeable and they have a decent coffee machine with the occasional free muffin. They won’t make you feel like you have dollar signs across your forehead and partner with you to help navigate the best maintenance plan options. Recently it came time to retire my beloved 2004 RL with 145k miles and explore options for a newer vehicle. Based on my experience with the Acura brand and quality of service from Bob and his team, there was no question I would be buying my next car from McGrath and it would be an Acura. Noonya Taroyan guided me through the process and took the time to understand what I was looking for in a new car and respected my desired budget for the transaction. She worked extremely hard to get me in to a beautiful new ILX and I couldn’t be happier!! The entire negotiation process went relatively fast and I didn’t have to experience the annoying ‘back and forth’ process. Elson Yu helped to make the deal happen and made sure my budget goals could be obtained. D.Jay Hattula, “THE” Finance guy in the suit, was very personable and made sure I understood all the costs of the process and worked with me to make the leasing experience an enjoyable one. Joshua Padrid, the product specialist, made sure I understood all the cool features of my new car and took the time to go over all my questions and make sure I left the dealership 100% informed. It was an extremely positive experience and I do recommend McGrath to whoever I can! I can't say enough good things about the McGrath team. Unbelievable service! I am so thrilled I went back to Mcgrath M.G. I went for test drives at four dealerships around Chicago. I test drove at Mcgrath M.G. and they followed up a couple days later. I didn't get back there for over a week and when I did, I wasn't expecting to leave with a car. Dan Edelstein was my salesperson and I truly have never experienced the type of service that he provided. I was bouncing back and forth with a pre-owned vs. new. Dan was overly patient and never went for the upsell--he was trying to make sure I left happy. He provided the pros and cons and the irony is that his info/advice was leading me to go pre-owned. However, when I asked for the comparison of the new vs. used, the price was too good to pass up. That would've been enough for me to write a great review. But the best part is that I told him the car was for my wife and that I had been shopping for a couple weeks. I explained that she left the house that morning completely stressed for various reasons. He came up with a great idea to surprise her with a delivery at her job. The guy literally went to a store to buy flowers and multiple bows to decorate the car with. He delivered the car with a note that I wrote and completely went into character. Needless to say, the surprise blew her away, brought her to tears and on top of all that, he filmed it for me. I'm not sure that this review will do justice to the service that I got but I can genuinely say that this is the best service I have ever gotten. It's difficult as a car buyer, to not go into a dealer with your guard up and be defensive based on how things used to work. I can only say that you should go meet Dan and the team at Mcgrath Morton Grove before you make a decision to purchase. More

Usually I'm little hesitant to go to any dealership(you know right the time and other tactics played by these managers). so by knowing that we came up with final price and started negotiating with dealers. when I received a call from Mcgrath, I've given my final price, and told them if you are ok with that, then we will come there and buy the car and choose from their inventory. finally they told me that they will honor my price. So we went to the showroom, they showed us all available MDXs. we decided to go with one color. And the manager came with a new price. We told them, we can't go more than what we agreed upon, and after a long negotiation, he told us, if we take loan from them, then they could hour that price, by knowing that we have pre-approved check with us. he promised to give the same apr rate. So we finally told him, if you give the same rate, we don't have any problem to take loan from you. so they ran the credit check, and they felt happy with the score and started to finish the paperwork, and they even started preparing the car handing it over. After all these things are done, he came back again and told us, that they can't honor that price (remember this after all prenegotiation and hard credit check). We got pissed off. This is not the way to treat your customers. this is really insane. if there is a negative rating, I'll give that to MCGRATH. More
