Unbelievable service! I am so thrilled I went back to Mcgrath M.G. I went for test drives at four dealerships around Chicago. I test drove at Mcgrath M.G. and they followed up a couple days later. I didn't get back there for over a week and when I did, I wasn't expecting to leave with a car. Dan Edelstein was my salesperson and I truly have never experienced the type of service that he provided. I was bouncing back and forth with a pre-owned vs. new. Dan was overly patient and never went for the upsell--he was trying to make sure I left happy. He provided the pros and cons and the irony is that his info/advice was leading me to go pre-owned. However, when I asked for the comparison of the new vs. used, the price was too good to pass up. That would've been enough for me to write a great review. But the best part is that I told him the car was for my wife and that I had been shopping for a couple weeks. I explained that she left the house that morning completely stressed for various reasons. He came up with a great idea to surprise her with a delivery at her job. The guy literally went to a store to buy flowers and multiple bows to decorate the car with. He delivered the car with a note that I wrote and completely went into character. Needless to say, the surprise blew her away, brought her to tears and on top of all that, he filmed it for me. I'm not sure that this review will do justice to the service that I got but I can genuinely say that this is the best service I have ever gotten. It's difficult as a car buyer, to not go into a dealer with your guard up and be defensive based on how things used to work. I can only say that you should go meet Dan and the team at Mcgrath Morton Grove before you make a decision to purchase. More

Usually I'm little hesitant to go to any dealership(you know right the time and other tactics played by these managers). so by knowing that we came up with final price and started negotiating with dealers. when I received a call from Mcgrath, I've given my final price, and told them if you are ok with that, then we will come there and buy the car and choose from their inventory. finally they told me that they will honor my price. So we went to the showroom, they showed us all available MDXs. we decided to go with one color. And the manager came with a new price. We told them, we can't go more than what we agreed upon, and after a long negotiation, he told us, if we take loan from them, then they could hour that price, by knowing that we have pre-approved check with us. he promised to give the same apr rate. So we finally told him, if you give the same rate, we don't have any problem to take loan from you. so they ran the credit check, and they felt happy with the score and started to finish the paperwork, and they even started preparing the car handing it over. After all these things are done, he came back again and told us, that they can't honor that price (remember this after all prenegotiation and hard credit check). We got pissed off. This is not the way to treat your customers. this is really insane. if there is a negative rating, I'll give that to MCGRATH. More

Bought a new 2017 RDX Advance They offered good online price. Even though they will not match the online price what was offered but i still got the car for good price when i compa They offered good online price. Noonya Taroyan is an excellent sales person and was great to work with. I will definitely recommend her to friends. They also offered free all season mats and one year free oil change. I am satisfied with their customer service and their quality of work. More

My wife & I would give Rashad 6-Stars if we were able! If you are looking for a new vehicle purchase I would not hesitate to ask for Rashad. ON THE OTHER HAND, the dealership seems to have a sales practice of advertising cars online at a very attractive price to get customers in & then try to say you have to pay extra for items added to the vehicle. We drove in a distance to look at a car we had seen online at a good price that had installed add-ons (roof rack, running boards & fog lights) which were advertised as being included. Upon arriving, we were told that the car price online did not include the add-ons & would cost extra. I can't blame the dealership for wanting to advertise online at an attractive price to get customers to come in - heck it got us to drive in an hour. But what appeared to be a bait & switch with the price did not sit well with either of us. We were also told that McGrath Acura offered all new car purchasers their first two oil changes for free as a perk for purchasing from them. That was also not true - at least not for us. The finance person had the cost of that "FREE" perk included in the price of the car which we were told he was required to include by the dealership. Had my wife & I not been purchasing with financing & the finance person agreeing to reduce our interest rate to offset the cost of the FREE perk, we would have walked & bought elsewhere. Ultimately my wife & I purchased the vehicle at the price we were happy with & Rashad was great to work with. The four star rating for the dealership is only due to the tactics the ownership or management chooses to do. Maybe other's wouldn't even give them 4 stars. More
