I’ve had the pleasure of coming to this McGrath location for the past 6 year The team at McGrath Acura of Morton Grove is truly an exceptional group! I’ve had the pleasure of coming to this McGrath location for the past 6 years to have Bob Sisk and his Service team help keep my 2004 RL in top condition. I loved my first Acura purchase and even though over the years my car got beat up by the wear and tear of the city streets and the Chicago winter salt, Bob and his team always made me feel like I was their most important customer…and like my car was a brand new NSX ;). This Service department is extremely professional and knowledgeable and they have a decent coffee machine with the occasional free muffin. They won’t make you feel like you have dollar signs across your forehead and partner with you to help navigate the best maintenance plan options. Recently it came time to retire my beloved 2004 RL with 145k miles and explore options for a newer vehicle. Based on my experience with the Acura brand and quality of service from Bob and his team, there was no question I would be buying my next car from McGrath and it would be an Acura. Noonya Taroyan guided me through the process and took the time to understand what I was looking for in a new car and respected my desired budget for the transaction. She worked extremely hard to get me in to a beautiful new ILX and I couldn’t be happier!! The entire negotiation process went relatively fast and I didn’t have to experience the annoying ‘back and forth’ process. Elson Yu helped to make the deal happen and made sure my budget goals could be obtained. D.Jay Hattula, “THE” Finance guy in the suit, was very personable and made sure I understood all the costs of the process and worked with me to make the leasing experience an enjoyable one. Joshua Padrid, the product specialist, made sure I understood all the cool features of my new car and took the time to go over all my questions and make sure I left the dealership 100% informed. It was an extremely positive experience and I do recommend McGrath to whoever I can! I can't say enough good things about the McGrath team.
