I purchased a 2013 MDX and this was probably the most pleasurable experience from start to finish for purchasing a new car. I started my hunt for an Acura through the Internet. Luigi Miceli contacted m pleasurable experience from start to finish for purchasing a new car. I started my hunt for an Acura through the Internet. Luigi Miceli contacted me quickly and provided me with prices for the new vehicles right from the start. So from my very first visit I knew what I was going to pay for the vehicle and was happy with the price right from the start. I really enjoyed working with Luigi on this purchase. One concern I had with my new vehicle was how it would look and fit in my garage. I worked with Shelly, the service manager, and she set me up with a loaner MDX to take home for the afternoon so I could park it in the garage. On the day of the purchase we worked with Charlie on the final paperwork and this too was completed without any hidden costs or pressure to purchase accessories or warranties that we didn't want. He laid them all out for us to chose from and provided any information we requested. I am very happy with my new Acura and the service received from Acura of Libertyville! More

We were impressed! We drove over an an hour to test drive a vehicle located here that we spotted online. We previously had been to other dealerships in the area and left due to the "swarmy'' salesmen. We di a vehicle located here that we spotted online. We didn't find that at Acura of Libertyville- everyone we encountered was friendly and hard working- and this place was busy even though it was a cold and snowy day. The showroom... beautiful with complimentary coffee and bottled water! We worked with Luigi Miceli who was knowledgeable, patient, and a pleasure to do business with. The price was better than we found elsewhere and the entire experience was 5 star. This is a well run business with exceptional salesmen! More

It was a very fair and straightforward offer which was done in less than two hours. We appreciate his patience and respect for our time especially with our two kids running around the dealership. I am glad that we used this dealership to make our purchase and are thankful that we ran into Scott Evans to make that happen. I purchased a new RDX on 12/30. This was my third Acura, with the first two purchased at Acura of Palatine, part of the Rohrman group of dealers. I had a very bad experience with their service department a with the first two purchased at Acura of Palatine, part of the Rohrman group of dealers. I had a very bad experience with their service department and wanted to give another dealer a shot at earning my business. To set the stage, I'm a 50 year old woman who brought two female friends with me (one who is great at negotiating car deals and who is also in a wheelchair) and another who is great at research who came armed with data and her iPad. I mention these specific details because in the world of car sales, it would have been very easy to write off this unlikely trio of women, not take us seriously or treat us with less respect. My primary salesman was Adam Hoth, a young but experienced salesman though new to Acura and by the end we also had Craig Floress involved in closing the deal. I can't say enough positive things about both of them. They treated us exceptionally well. Adam spent all the time we needed in the car itself (lots to go over with the tech package, didn't jerk us around with the offer or the negotiating process. I won't go into inappropriate details here, but I can say that I left very satisfied and can say with confidence that not only did I get a great deal and a great car, But managed to do so without a lot of back and forth or the dreaded sales tricks of "let me talk to my manager" etc. I got a fair deal on my trade-in as well. And, when I had to go back the next day to get my floor mats (because the service department was closed by the time we were done with the deal) and ask about a dozen questions about the aforementioned tech package, Adam was just as nice and patient (spent about an hour in the car with me working on various settings, questions, etc.) after the deal as he was before he'd made the sale. I don't make recommendations lightly, nor am I all that easy to impress as I tend to be a "tough grader", but I do highly recommend Acura Libertyville. And though it should be known, I want to make it clear that I am real person, not affiliated with the dealership or anyone in it in any way whatsoever (other than as a satisfied customer) and not compensated for this recommendation in any way. Not to sound cheesy, but if you're looking for an Acura go where you're going to be treated well and get a good deal. Tell Adam Jeanne sent you and if he doesn't give you a good deal she'll have to bring back her team:-) More
