Then, I just had to visit the dealership to shake hands, pickup the car, and complete paperwork--- no pressure. Luigi was straight forward in email correspondence as well as in person---professional and easy/great to work with. I would ask for, and buy from him again, and recommend him. I also completed the paperwork detail with Joe and customer service survey with Jerry, who also were pleasant and efficient/fast. My ILX is a quality and enjoyable/fun to drive luxury car.
