Luigi was a super guy to meet and know. He answered each of our questions one at a time and explaining new technologies. We did have an issue on delivery date with Tire Pressure Monitoring Light staying of our questions one at a time and explaining new technologies. I used a courtesy car for free and by 3 pm, Colin called to to say vehicle was serviced and car washed. Yes, the car was serviced, washed and Colin was there to review why the light stayed on and how best to attend to other dash board lights as well. The 2010 Toyota we bought was 11 years younger than was we were driving. Luigi walked us through all available vehicle documentation including dealership vehicle prep work and detailed car fax.
