I had bad experiences at other car dealers so I was expecting to get pushy service and dealers that get angry at you when you turn down their offer. However, James Won was very friendly and calm, and he was never pushy. He made us feel comfortable the whole time we were there. He did recommend some extra warranties and add-ons, but again, he was never pushy about it and even when we declined his offer, he didn't seem to get upset about it.
