I visited several dealers, and looked at many dealer websites. I even called every dealer in Illinois that had the specific vehicle i wanted in stock. Nick Dang quoted me the best price right from the start. After continuing for my search for another couple of days, I called Nick back. The next Saturday I drove to Libertyville, and bought the car.. Everything was delivered exactly as Nick promised. Great experience. More

When we test drove Acura RDX we loved the car and our sales guy Nicholas I never thought buying a new car can be this simple and fun at the same time. When we test drove Acura RDX we loved the car and our sales guy Nicholas Dang was such fun and easy going to deal with. We asked him all kind of questions from stupid to smart but he answered each question with at most importance and to our satisfaction. The color we pick for the car was not available so he took extra effort to get it for us in a timely manner. He also gave us such a great deal which we never thought we will get on a new car. He was straight forward with pricing and finance rates and the process was smooth and quick. He’s a pretty funny guy as well. After talking with James on the phone and confirming a price, my wife and I drove to Libertyville on a Saturday to buy the car. It turns out they didn’t have the color I wanted in stock, so we had to come back the following Thursday to pick up the car and finalize the paperwork and the purchase. It was definitely worth the wait. We went back on Thursday and worked with James to close the sale. He was very helpful, answering all of our questions. If you want to receive quality service, work with straight forward guy, and a get a good deal on a car, I would recommend James at Acura Libertyville at the drop of a hat. More

Very Pleased with Luigi Miceli and Acura of Libertyville I need both hands and one foot to count the number of cars I have purchased in my adult life. Generally speaking, the car buying experiences I have h I need both hands and one foot to count the number of cars I have purchased in my adult life. Generally speaking, the car buying experiences I have had have left me believing that I would rather go through oral surgery than buy a car. That said, however, I would have to rate my experience at Acura of Libertyville at the top of all the dealerships from which I have purchased cars. That may sound like faint praise given how much I loathe the car buying experience, but I can't ever recall feeling good about driving out of a dealership with a new/used car purchase. I felt good leaving Acura of Libertyville. Luigi Miceli, our salesman, was the primary reason for me feeling this way. He has a very calm, low key yet professional approach that is the polar opposite of the stereotypical car salesman. He never was pushy or condescending. I never felt pressured. In my many car buying experiences, I have never returned to the same salesman from whom we purchased in the past. That will change the next time I am in the market for a car. I will definitely return to Acura of Libertyville in the hope that Luigi is still there at that time. More
