I purchased a 2013 Honda CRV from them. While test driving we heard a noise and they had me fill out a WE OWE certificate stating that they will fix what the noise is found out to be. Everyone signed this document and somehow I was never given a copy of it, after they said they would put it in with my paperwork. Their mechanic said it was a wheel bearing and they fixed it. My mechanic said the wheel bearing was never replaced and the serpentine belt also needed to be replaced. The cost is a little less than $1,000 and I am a single mom and I do not have that kind of money, so now it is sitting in my driveway, while I make payments on a car we cannot drive. I was upset, as this is a car for my children, and they put their safety at risk and lied to me! They will not return my calls, or emails. More

Recentlly bought a used 2020 4 Runner from Mcgrath Acura. with Only 34k Miles and drove 2 hours from Michigan to Pickup.the vehicle.about 5-6 weeks ago. Several after the fact related to buying online from with Only 34k Miles and drove 2 hours from Michigan to Pickup.the vehicle.about 5-6 weeks ago. Several after the fact related to buying online from the sales team that suprsied me though 1) Asked for a second Key/Fob which they could not provide and ended up costing me over $500 for another...YIKES 2) I went to use the Crusie Control about 5 miles from Dealer and Turns out the Vehicle had prior CARFAX issues not realyed to me with Cruise control/Radar problems, bumper renoved and serviced by Classic Toyota in Oct 2023 and weeks before my purchase. So after 4 times to my local Toyota dealership here in Benton harbor they have basclly givein up on how to fix the DASH that is now lit up and Crusie not Working. and an inveament of $450 more repairs of which is still was not fixed and another $900 estimates to reprogram and fix now at a BODYSHOP in March 2024. So yes I am not only stuck but very confused why/how this would of happened 3) took over 2 hours to Close the transaction...very long process . Marty Mason More

Do not buy a car from this dealer, you will undoubtedly regret it. When my family and I went to buy our 4th Acura the dealer we previously worked with didnt have the specific car available so unfortunately regret it. When my family and I went to buy our 4th Acura the dealer we previously worked with didnt have the specific car available so unfortunately we came here. We agreed to an out the door price with the sales manager only for the finance guy to sneak in an extra warranty that cost almost $10,000. The way they did this was by only showing us the monthly payment and adding it in when they claimed they accidentally put the wrong down payment and had to change some stuff around. We got home and realized our loan had gone from about 29k to about 38k. They did return the money as we quickly returned to the dealer and made it clear this was unacceptable but recently the GM told me they did me a favor by returning the money and that if the didnt there wasnt a thing we could do about it which pushed me over the edge. Ive been here atleast 10 times for different service, warrenty and IOU work and every single time like clockwork there was an issue where they didnt have me scheduled, didnt have the contractor here, didnt have the parts in sto that they claimed where in stock or only did half of the work such as only repairing 2/4 wheels when they owed me a repair on all 4 or not doing an alignment after replacing major suspension components under warranty and tried to sell me the alignment instead. This place has been by far my worst experience in terms of honesty and customer service by any business. If I could give anyone one piece of advice it would be the stay as far away from this place as you can. If youve had a similar experience, leave a review and call corporate. These people shouldnt be selling cars. I can only imagine how many people theyve scammed, and how much of peoples time they wasted. Nothing but issues everytime I come in and they even lied ablit the car and its accident history by claiming it was in a tiny accident that caused no damage but insurance was notified when in reality a large part of the front end had been repainted and very very poorly.
