I purchased a 2013 Honda CRV from them. While test driving we heard a noise and they had me fill out a WE OWE certificate stating that they will fix what the noise is found out to be. Ever While test driving we heard a noise and they had me fill out a WE OWE certificate stating that they will fix what the noise is found out to be. Everyone signed this document and somehow I was never given a copy of it, after they said they would put it in with my paperwork. Their mechanic said it was a wheel bearing and they fixed it. My mechanic said the wheel bearing was never replaced and the serpentine belt also needed to be replaced. The cost is a little less than $1,000 and I am a single mom and I do not have that kind of money, so now it is sitting in my driveway, while I make payments on a car we cannot drive. I was upset, as this is a car for my children, and they put their safety at risk and lied to me! They will not return my calls, or emails. More

Recentlly bought a used 2020 4 Runner from Mcgrath Acura. with Only 34k Miles and drove 2 hours from Michigan to Pickup.the vehicle.about 5-6 weeks ago. Several after the fact related to buying online from with Only 34k Miles and drove 2 hours from Michigan to Pickup.the vehicle.about 5-6 weeks ago. Several after the fact related to buying online from the sales team that suprsied me though 1) Asked for a second Key/Fob which they could not provide and ended up costing me over $500 for another...YIKES 2) I went to use the Crusie Control about 5 miles from Dealer and Turns out the Vehicle had prior CARFAX issues not realyed to me with Cruise control/Radar problems, bumper renoved and serviced by Classic Toyota in Oct 2023 and weeks before my purchase. So after 4 times to my local Toyota dealership here in Benton harbor they have basclly givein up on how to fix the DASH that is now lit up and Crusie not Working. and an inveament of $450 more repairs of which is still was not fixed and another $900 estimates to reprogram and fix now at a BODYSHOP in March 2024. So yes I am not only stuck but very confused why/how this would of happened 3) took over 2 hours to Close the transaction...very long process . Marty Mason More
