I was looking for a pre-owned TL and stumbled upon this dealership. My first contact was James in Sales and he was WONDERFUL. I told him exactly what I wanted and what I wanted to pay. Once I got to the dealership, the car was exactly as he said. There was no haggling (which I absolutely loved) and within one hour I had purchased my vehicle. Unfortunately a few days later I had a minor accident. The staff was so accomodating. They got my car in the very next day, arranged for me to have a loaner car, and did a great job repairing the damage. Andrew in the Body Shop was extremely helpful and the price was very satisfactory. Bruce in the Service Department also oversaw my service. This is definitely the BEST place I've ever purchased a car from. It is a complete full service, one stop shop!! They definitely pride themselves on awesome customer service. Very highly recommend!!! I needed an oil change on a Saturday morning. They took my car right away, and offered coffee, bagels etc. They said it would be ready in about an hour..it was ready in 50 minutes. This dealership is a great dealership, and has high standards for both the new and old cars they sell, while other dealers in the area believe working air bags are optional in used cars. And a true measure of a professional is his follow up skills. The dealership is an outstanding place to visit and they really try to please the customer. Because of the relationship we established in the first 30 minutes we decided to purchase two Acura's - an MDX and a TL. I took a visit to Acura of Libertyville and found the sales person to be very knowledgeable and courteous. Few weeks before I had went to the Libertyville store I had went to the hoffman estates Acura store looking for info about the updated TSX. The salesman's body language was as if he did not want to help me and getting the info I wanted was like pulling teeth. I would strongly recommend any one seeking to buy a car to come and check out Acura of Libertyville because of their amazing customer service and honesty. I rate Acura of Libertyville with a 5 rating only because a 6 is not available. Their service standard is superior. The sale representative I worked with was Luigi Miceli.
