Very dishonest dealership! Purchased 2023 acura integra. It has been a nightmare. Had to file compliant to BBB twice. If it ain't broke, they might break it for you in order to charge $$$ for replacement parts - it happened to us when we took ours in for routine maintenance - declined all their add ons that they 'found' to charge $$$ for replacement parts - it happened to us when we took ours in for routine maintenance - declined all their add ons that they 'found' and the car stalled out in the driveway of the neighborhood shopI took it to! Shady. Reported them to ACURA USA, stating that it is ironic that their Brand's very reliability is starving their dealers of easy money - so they resort to FRAUD like this, damaging the Brand! ACURA HQ should stamp this out publicly, McGrath would be a great place to start, and I suggested as much at the Auto Show in Detroit. More

I went in yesterday to buy out my lease- - it was the worst experience of my life! It took 3 hours and I was enraged by the time I left. The kept telling me 10 min- 15 min- 25 min-more and finally at 2 worst experience of my life! It took 3 hours and I was enraged by the time I left. The kept telling me 10 min- 15 min- 25 min-more and finally at 2 hrs and 50 min they said I was done. But for some reason had taken the plates off my car - and then had to wait to have them put back on! They didn't even offer me free oil changes, The entire experience was horrible! More
