Top Shelf I was reluctant to buy an ACURA since I was dead set on a mazda CX-5 pre-owed, however my significant other wanted to test to drive an ACURA RDX. Wow,what can I say that is an amazing ride, pure class. But I still wanted pre-owed. We came to Mcgrath after reviewing their inventory on line. . Unfortunately, the one we saw on-line was already sold. But the sales person Peggy presented us with a better car at the same price. No pressure what so ever through out the deal ,which I liked. Other dealers that we went to had pressured us to purchase a car and I generally just walk out and say thanks. I did not have this experience at Mcgrath. Peggy was patient and answered all our questions. What can I say it is a pure class dealership. Many cool perks no other dealership provides. More

Overall Good Experience Gil Eatman was instrumental in making sure I drove out of the dealership with a purchase of my liking even if it wasn't my original choice. Great experience, trustworthy management. I bought a Lexus NX 200 from this Acura Dealer and they were very fair with price negotiation and thorough but fast with the entire transaction. Made a appt and brought the vehicle in and found out steering shaft needs lubrication or replacement either way service said we cant do anything have to take it in to toyota since they dont have the tools i said ok but asked how they will pay for it since NICK THE MANAGER AND PEGGY THE SALES PERSON said they will take care of it but NICK SAID ITS NOT A SAFETY ISSUE SO WE WONT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT EVEN THOUGH BEFORE WE BOUGHT THE CAR THEY SAID THEY WILL TAKE CARE OF IT THEY CHANGED THEIR STORY SAYING THEY NEVER SAID THEY WILL TAKE CARE OF IT AND WE NEVER WROTE IT IN WRITING IN WE OWE AND I NOW THAT BUT I TOOK THEIR WORD AND THEY KNOW THEY DIDNT HAVE IT IN WRITING SO THEY TOOK ADVANTAGE OF THE SITIUATION BY NOT FIXING IT BUNCH OF CROOKS PLUS THE DAY WE BOUGHT THE VEHICLE WE SAT THERE ALMOST 8HRS SINCE THERE WAS ONLY 1 FINANCE MANAGER..NICK AND PEGGY ARE OLD SCHOOL DEALERS THEY WILL TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE SITUATION AND BACK OFF THIER WORDS STAY AWAY OR BE SMART WITH THEM BUNCH OF CON ARTIST More
