I tried to get my 3rd Acura RDX. Even though this was my 2nd car from the same dealer. It turns out that the 2021 Acura RDX runs mostly through my phone via Apple CarPlay, which would not be obvious from a 2nd car from the same dealer. It turns out that the 2021 Acura RDX runs mostly through my phone via Apple CarPlay, which would not be obvious from any test drive, because who plugs in their iphone to see that the car works through your phone. Worst of all they knew a limit and I get a “Failed To Import All. Only The First xxxx Contacts were imported” Who wants that FAILURE notice every time you plug it in and who knows how many contacts are cut off. In my opinion my car should not be a clumsy extension cord to my Iphone that switches on and off by itself. They had yet to go over how the car works and it’s been over 3 weeks of frustrating back-and-forth that could have been resolved in the first few hours. I now have three pages of issues not yet addressed. Despite failure of management, I eventually went strait to the service guy who worked it out with me immediately. We walked in to do our paperwork first while they were bringing the car around and we got the car and all IMMEDIATELY found the limit with Iphone which runs much of the car. I promptly asked to reverse the transaction, and also the next day, and ever since. Eventually I accepted THEIR terms to undo their deal and I PAY THEM! BUT WHEN I AGREED THEY REFUSED THEIR OWN DEAL. I tried to unwind or buy back my 2016 but they sold it rather than work out the problem. There is not enough time to put BAD ON TOP OF BAD. What happened to customer loyalty? AND THEN REFUSING THEIR OWN DEAL will stand up as a warning. How will they treat me with service for the next 6 years? I repeatedly asked if I could just go back to using their waiting “Zen room” but they clearly need that time of their own. I have yet to hear back from them. Bad Carma. More

It is true, smiling faces don't tell the real truth! They won't take NO for an answer regarding the extended warranty - we said no, not only six (6) times, but still keep pushing us to obtain some kind of ex won't take NO for an answer regarding the extended warranty - we said no, not only six (6) times, but still keep pushing us to obtain some kind of extended warranty. And it got worse from there, when Luke unscrupulously added $1,000. + worth of some added options to the legal contract that they, namely Luke, Orlando and Tye attempted extremely hard to convinced us that it was on the rough draft contract paper. We informed all three (3) of them that it was commingled with the documentation fee and it was never explained properly. This is not the very first car we bought in the several decades in our lifetime, but the worst transaction thus far. It is a disservice to the customers when something is not elucidated properly and take them for granted like a fool, that they will not catch this stealthy technique for the bottom line of the dealership. We informed them, we are walking away, no deal if they won't remove the bogus car preparation options --- which they hesitantly removed to finally close the deal. The Mcgrath ownership must address this wrong and unlawful practice. What a real disappointment! So, future customers -- BE FOREWARNED! More
