Greg recently put me in an Integra, and I absolutely love it! The staff at Acura were so accomodating from the minute I walked in, to the moment I drove out. I had several boundaries for my next vehicle, and it! The staff at Acura were so accomodating from the minute I walked in, to the moment I drove out. I had several boundaries for my next vehicle, and they supported me all along the way. I felt heard and very supported. We bought a new Acura MDX from them- the process was NOT great. (1) Salesperson we worked with was quite rude during negotiation. When we were negotiating, she essentially said our negotiation was not val great. (1) Salesperson we worked with was quite rude during negotiation. When we were negotiating, she essentially said our negotiation was not valid and we didn’t know because “haven’t bought a car in 8 years”, Her manager was much better and the only reason we stayed there to buy. Turns out our counter offer was valid and we agreed on a price (2) Random flip-flopping - the car we wanted was available, then not, then available again. When we completed negotiation- signed on the numbers for a car with 10 miles on it. We go to finance, without any clarification we were given odometer agreement to sign- car had 100 miles. We discovered it because we read the document. When we asked we were told this was completely normal - their new cars can even have 300 miles. That’s great, except they told us it’s 10 miles and when it wasn’t, didn’t bother to inform us. Broke our trust but it was super late and we bought the car anyway. Management apologized but not the salesperson. I gave 3 stars because (1) they stayed quite late to complete the deal and we drove away with a car at the end of it (2) Except the salesperson, the others were polite More
