He was an absolute delight to deal with , he is very personable and explained all of the vehicle’s features while understanding our needs . We are beyond happy and satisfied. Sales and service don’t coordinate well. They had my car first listed as still for sale. Then they said I purchased it in January and I purchased it end of April. Apple Play was upgraded to software updates released in February or March but not installed on my car before I bought it resulting I. Several months of frustration. My experience with my Service Advisor, Rose Reese was excellent. I brought my car in for one of the big mileage services. Arrived, signed paperwork and waited for my car. Rose said everything looked good but i should think about replacing at least 3 of the tires before the winter. She said one tire was less worn than the others and I told her about a year ago I had one tire replaced at the dealership. At that point, I remembered the buy 3 get 1 tire sale going on I had discussed with Dave Taylor when making the appointment. While the sale ended the day before, Service Manager Eric Friend agreed to honor the sale for me. My next appointment I will be getting 4 brand new tires and the better one I will save for a spare. I feel like a valued customer at McGovern Subaru and wouldn’t hesitate to purchase my next car there as the quality of both the sales and service departments are top notch!
