2019 Outback purchased new from them. Brought in recently as brake pedal was too close to floor. Dangerous. Wanted $600 for new brake pads. Also upset over the $600 I gave them that was likely not even required. Certainly didn't help my simple brake pedal height problem any. More
I wanted new tires. The part services used my VIN number and told me they had 3 different tire options in stock. Yokohama for 153 per tire, Bridgestone for 180 per, and The part services used my VIN number and told me they had 3 different tire options in stock. Yokohama for 153 per tire, Bridgestone for 180 per, and a general tire for 150 per. I got my tires replaced the very next day. When I got a call, they said they only had one tire type in stock - Yokohama. When I checked my bill, they had each tire for $195 per tire, not even close to the options they gave me. When picking up my car, I was told it was too late and to pay. Completely mixed messages, feel taken advantage of. More

I recommend you avoid McGovern Subaru. After my last oil change, the bolt wasn’t properly tightened, which caused an oil leak. The bolt was so loose that we were incredibly lucky to have caught it before there was engine damage. When I reached out to the service team, they didn't take accountability and refused to remedy the situation. Trusting a service department with your vehicle is essential, and unfortunately, I can’t recommend this dealership based on the lack of quality and customer service. They do not value their customers. More
