All things considered it was an exceptional sales experience. Very cordial and friendly and willing to put a deal together that was acceptable to both parties. Having been in car sales in the past experience. Very cordial and friendly and willing to put a deal together that was acceptable to both parties. Having been in car sales in the past I can speak from experience. Village Subaru treated me with the same respect that I treated my customers. No pressure, no gimmicks or tricks of the trade. Straight forward. Extremely pleased with the quality of the vehicle. More
My Mom and I came here and each bought a car at a good price (based on invoice), received good trade-in prices, and, unlike most dealerships, were not harassed or treated like idiots. The salesperson, Mik price (based on invoice), received good trade-in prices, and, unlike most dealerships, were not harassed or treated like idiots. The salesperson, Mike Holm, was helpful, as was the manager, and the finance department helped accommodate our financing requirements. It was the least stressful car shopping experience that I have had. More
I bought a 2007 Subaru Legacy at this wonderful dealership! I did internet bids and found that Village Subaru's quote was real and comprehensive...including destination charge etc....no gimmicks! I dealership! I did internet bids and found that Village Subaru's quote was real and comprehensive...including destination charge etc....no gimmicks! I was ready to purchase a car and the sales manager really wanted my business and treated me with respect. The salespeople are considerate and professional. I highly recommend this dealership! More
Unlike the reviewer below, who speaks up only to criticize, I spoke up at the dealership and had great service. Precisely what I loved about the place was the layed back, low pressure atmosphere. I criticize, I spoke up at the dealership and had great service. Precisely what I loved about the place was the layed back, low pressure atmosphere. I was given all the time I needed in a test drive and inspection, followed by a no nonsense negotiation. Their price was already lower then the identical car at a rival dealership. My previous car purchase involved all of the cliches: the back and forth with the manager, the walking out, the being chased, the hard sell on alarms, financing, you name it. Village Subaru offered none of this "old school" eighties high pressure crap. The paperwork was handled flawlessly, and everything they said they would do, they did. I took the car back for service, and they did warranty work with no hassle too. So, yeah, if you like to be pestered at a dealership instead of being left alone until you are ready, then this is the wrong dealership- try one of the "Automile" or 128 places for that. More
