I was merely stating my facts on a publicly available site for others to read. The trade payoff was done only when I asked repeatedly for 26 days straight. I have phone records showing that I called every 1-2 days. Also have records through Toyota finance that you did not call to get the payoff amount almost 20 days into this ordeal. I had to ask again and again. FACTS. Merely stating facts. Good luck with your future at Village Subaru John. You won't be seeing me there I can assure you that.
