McGovern Subaru of Acton responded

The Forester is in very good condition for its age and mileage. The previous owner took care of it, and we put a lot of work into it to bring it up to a current maintenance schedule. The gas filler neck that was rotted was not due to be under water it just sometimes happens to a car that age, from use and vapors. It has been replaced. I would have liked to explain this to you, and I offered to put the car on a lift and have my technician walk through the car with you. However, your yelling, swearing, threats left me no choice but to notify the police that you refused to return the vehicle to us. I'm sure your wife and child were upset with the experience and I hope you are all safe. Please remember you are not allowed on our property because of your past actions.
