Snakes. Sales person did ZERO effort into the sale and was clearly over extended that day. Walked into finance and they had paperwork ready to sign before we Sales person did ZERO effort into the sale and was clearly over extended that day. Walked into finance and they had paperwork ready to sign before we even knew the payment. When ask wait what’s the payment? It “went up a little bit from the quote” try over $125 more per month. Nope not happening. Then magically the car they wouldn’t negotiate on was cheaper and payment came down significantly. The day we picked up the car we were handed the key fobs, phone linked and that was it. Worst car dealer ever. Now we are getting letter after letter from the now over 12 banks they ran the car thru. Thought you only worked with one Max? Lairs to say the least. Oh and now the refund checks are coming for the over charges they hit us on the RMV fees. Annoyed to say the least. Will be going back to Subaru just never this one. More
