McGovern Subaru responded

I spoke to Mr. Leclerc and Ms. Hardy my office manager. We received documents from you approximately Jan 20th stating your vehicle was totaled. The warranty company received the documents from us on Jan 29th. Their refund policy is 4 to 6 weeks from the cancellation date. We are about three weeks into the allotted time frame. Ms. Hardy asked them today if they could expedite the check but they would not commit to an earlier date. I'm sorry for any inconvenience you have experienced Mr. Dupuis. I will notify you the minute the check arrives. Mark Galante
