I recently purchased a brand new 2012 Subaru Impreza from Manchester Subaru (same owner as Ocean Subaru). When I called to get my first oil change I was quoted $32. After the work was done I was told it was Manchester Subaru (same owner as Ocean Subaru). When I called to get my first oil change I was quoted $32. After the work was done I was told it was $67. When I asked why it was so much more I was told that the person who quoted me was "new" and did not know that synthetic oil was more money. Customer service would not give me any compensation for the price I was quoted and I had to pay over double the price that I was quoted. Just poor customer service, I do not believe the person who quoted me was new and that they give that general oil change price to get customers in. I did not expect that from Subaru and I will not be back for future service to Ocean Subaru. More
