Ocean Subaru is AWESOME. From the minute I walked in, I was taken care of. CJ Rousseau got me behind the wheel of a Subaru 5 minutes after I walked through the door. He clearly laid out all of my options in terms of the different vehicles, finance options and even how he could help me get my car right on the road. He was also a lot of fun and very enthusiastic about helping to find me a car that fit my specific needs. Purchasing a car is exciting, but it's also intimidating, confusing and overwhelming. CJ and the entire staff at Ocean Subaru made this process easy. Discussing financing was painless and I felt like I really understood all of my options. They had options to fit any financial situation and I felt comfortable the entire time. While we were taking care of the paperwork, which did not take long at all, CJ had the car being prepared for me to drive it off the lot! I'm one of those people that want to wear their new sneakers out of the store. If you like Subaru's, I'm guessing you are too. This was one of the best shopping experiences ever. Dealer tried to lie and insisted that I needed to pay title transfer fees in NH even though I was coming in from MA and would have to handle all of the title transfer process outside of the dealership. After I walked out the dealer called my phone talking about how he had made a mistake. At worst, he lied to me and tried to pocket the fees for himself. At best, he didn't care enough about me as a customer to check his facts before INSISTING that the fee was necessary. Run away from this dealer and the dealership that employs him! More

We came to Ocean Subaru weary from the whole process of shopping for a used car, and left with a gorgeous Forester! CJ was very professional and patient. My husband and I shopped and compared at a few dealerships. While on the lot wandering about CJ approached us. Mark and Stuart both introduced themselves to us and their "entertainment" on this Saturday morning was very upbeat which only added to our decision to buy at this dealership. So we left a deposit and off we went until our pick-up the following week. That day we just dealt with CJ and Skip. Both were totally available to us and efficient. We hit one speed bump but in the picture of life it all worked out fine. CJ made the experience great!! Ask for him please if your thinking on buying a Subaru which. I love my new Outback!! More

This was the most pleasant car buying experience I have ever had. Ben and Mark were very low key and low pressure. They were focused on getting me into the right car, not on making the sale. My wife and I were in the market for a new car and needed a wagon as we run a small business. We looked into Volkswagon for legroom that most Japanese cars fall short on. Then we visited Ocean Subaru to look into the Outback wagon. We were greeted immediately by Cheryl Pierro who went out of her way to help us. No checking with a sales manager behind the scenes here. Ocean Subaru had a very non pressure environment which put us at ease immediately. I was surprised at the leg and shoulder room that the Outback provided. Cheryl was so accommodating letting us take home two new Subaru’s overnight, who does that today? Ocean Subaru does. We decided to buy a loaded Outback, which gets such consistently good on line reviews. We had a slight glitch with Skip the finance manager because we live in Massachusetts, but it was quickly resolved. Big thanks to Mark and Stuart for all their help. We are looking forward to our free concerts! More

My wife and I recently went to Ocean Subaru to look at two used cars. Ben the sales rep was quite nice and helpful. Not only did the finance manager rudely interrupt my 9 month pregnant wife several times, he rolled his eyes when she did finally have the chance to speak. Upon calling back to issue a formal complaint the same manager picked up and proceeded to tell me that he didn't have to listen to what I had to say about the disrespectful way he had talked with my wife, and then proceeded to hang up on me. I strongly encourage people not to conduct their business with such a dealership. What an embarrassment. More
