The dealership lived up to its word by fixing all the problems they identified in addition to the ones I identified after a test drive. I was looking for a BRZ and found that Ocean Subaru had one in the color/spec I was looking for. Been going back and forth for 3 weeks on pricing and availability of the vehicle. Michele and Cheryl kept me one in the color/spec I was looking for. Been going back and forth for 3 weeks on pricing and availability of the vehicle. Michele and Cheryl kept me updated the whole time from the car being at the port to being available at the dealership. Ocean Subaru BY FAR gave me the best price on the BRZ without even negotiating. I made the 1.5hr drive to the dealership for a test drive and was greeted immediately by Cheryl. The car was pulled to the front of the dealers and everything was ready for a test drive. Michele also introduced herself before I took the car for a spin. After that, I was sold on buying the car and went through the finance options. Stuart and Skip got me approved on a very low interest rate loan that I never thought I could get without a co-signer. Went through the credit approval and paperwork and everything was done in a little over 2hrs. Stuart also offered me to get my car delivered to my house so I didn't have to make the 1.5hr trip to NH with MA plates to pick up the vehicle. My car was delivered 2 days later to my house right ON TIME before I headed to work. I definitely recommend buying your car here at Ocean Subaru, best price and greatest customer service I've ever experienced. More

To a person, we found them to be responsive in a timely manner, patient beyond expectations, courteously attentive (including as a whole having a genuine sense of humor...something folks need when doing any meaningful business with us) and otherwise willing to go the extra mile to provide us with what we required to work our way through to feeling right about buying the Forester we did. Walking out of the dealership after we'd "settled", I must say that I felt very comfortable about how the experience went, and I'm a really particular person, as is my wife. We're tough to please, and please us is what the Ocean folks did. I'd recommend (and will recommend) Ocean Subaru to anyone in the new car market. Mark's the glue that holds the show together, and he's superb at it, but we were very, very well cared for by all the others as noted above, Ben, Skip and Rick in particular.
